4 Cheese Pie

They claim their signature pies will put one into a food coma. Well? Parmesan, Cheddar, Mozzarella & Gouda. Couldn’t discern much of the last one but the other 3 were STUFFING this variant of a flaky puff. The baked cheese had light hints of garlic & oregano, with some butter over it all, which made a world of difference. Felt like the best bits of an Italian cheese laden fiesta, be it a Pizza or pasta. Make arrangements for the coma.

Of all the artisanal cafes making inroads into Kudla, MBC is probably the one to regularly keep innovating & trying to offer new tastes to its crowd. That aside, they also have a core menu, & we wanted to try their baked goods.
