¡Hola mis amados! Estoy muy feliz de estar donde me mudé porque al fin podré celebrar las navidades, celebrar la vida y que reine la alegría.

Mi familia siempre celebró las fiestas decembrinas con alegría y mucho calor de hogar, desde que me había juntado con otra persona todo eso cambió de manera lúgubre puesto que esa persona detestaba todo lo que es color y alegría, ver personas felices, así sea su propia familia... Lamentable.

He podido salir varias veces al centro, muchas tiendas llenas de cositas para la navidad, para decorar la casita ¡Qué bello es todo! Las luces de navidad me recuerdan mucho a mi padre, que acostumbraba a poner luces en toda la casa. Era su forma de agradecer por un año más de vida junto a su familia, sus hijos, sus seres queridos.

Ser agradecidos por todo, celebrarlo en unión, esas tradiciones que a muchos nos gusta y de las cuales tenemos varios rituales de atracción para la abundancia y prosperidad.

Hello my loved ones! I am very happy to be where I moved to because at last I will be able to celebrate Christmas, celebrate life and reign joy!

My family always celebrated the Christmas holidays with joy and warmth, but since I got together with another person all that changed in a gloomy way because that person hated everything that is color and joy, to see happy people, even if it was his own family? Pitiful.

I have been able to go out several times downtown, many stores full of little things for Christmas, to decorate the little house, how beautiful everything is! The Christmas lights remind me a lot of my father, who used to put lights all over the house. It was his way of giving thanks for another year of life with his family, his children, his loved ones.

To be thankful for everything, to celebrate in union, those traditions that many of us like and of which we have several rituals of attraction for abundance and prosperity.

He tenido muchísimos gastos para equilibrar las prioridades. Así que no he podido comprar muchas cosas navideñas, sin embargo, me permito una que otra cosilla, pues quiero poner el arbolito de navidad el 1ero de diciembre como mi madre acostumbraba.

Tantas tiendas con tantas cositas bellas que es muy difícil no caer en la tentación de comprarla, al fin y al cabo lo que compres, es algo que quedará por muchos años más.

Motivada en tantas cosas bellas que vi, decidí recrear una linda elfa que espero les guste.

I have had a lot of expenses to balance priorities. So I have not been able to buy many Christmas things, however, I allow myself one or two little things, because I want to put up the Christmas tree on December 1st as my mother used to do.

There are so many stores with so many beautiful things that it is very difficult not to be tempted to buy them, after all, whatever you buy, is something that will remain for many years to come.

Motivated by so many beautiful things I saw, I decided to recreate a cute elf that I hope you like.

Paso a paso / Step by Step

Step 1️⃣/ Paso 1️⃣

Después de haber realizado el boceto, me di cuenta que debí copiar un lado del cabello y reproducirlo, hubiera quedado más prolijo. Muchas veces cuando armo el boceto tengo la vista muy ampliada y no me doy cuenta.

Realizo el color base y aplico degrado de color en el fondo.

Luego avanzo con el cabello, más adelante pienso seguirlo retocando.

After I made the sketch, I realized that I should have copied one side of the hair and reproduced it, it would have been neater. Many times when I make the sketch I have a very enlarged view and I don't realize it.

I make the base color and apply color gradient in the background.

Then I move on with the hair, later on I will continue retouching it.

Step 2️⃣/ paso 2️⃣

Voy aplicando los detalles al diseño de forma muy ordenada y por grado de dificultad o lo que me tome más tiempo en hacer, por ello apliqué el sombreado de piel con aerografía, no sin antes realizar la base de los ojos, labios y cejas.

Luego aplico el sombreado en el gorro. Cuando realizaba el color basé usé el pincel Pastel mullido para recrear ese aspecto de pelusa en las orillas del gorro y vestimenta, de manera qué cuando aplico el sombreado en el gorro quedó estupendo.

Como me gustó mucho la forma que quedó el gorro, inmediatamente apliqué la misma técnica en la ropa.

Luego vi una publicación de @tesoro 4 Donde nos enseña a personalizar un gorro navideño y me encantó su idea, así que lo hice en mi elfa de forma digital.

I apply the details to the design in a very orderly way and by degree of difficulty or what takes me more time to do, so I applied the skin shading with airbrush, but not before making the base of the eyes, lips and eyebrows.

Then I apply the shading on the cap. When I was doing the base color I used the Pastel fluffy brush to recreate that fuzzy look on the edges of the hat and clothing, so when I applied the shading on the hat it looked great.

Since I really liked the way the hat turned out, I immediately applied the same technique to the clothing.

Then I saw a post by @tesoro 4 where she teaches us how to customize a Christmas hat and I loved her idea, so I did it on my elf digitally.

Step 3️⃣/ paso 3️⃣

Debí saltar el siguiente paso que sería los ojos, pero preferí darle detalles de copos de nieve con un pincel del mismo nombre y puntos con el pincel pluma.

Ya después aplico el estilo kawaii en los ojos y labios, con ello finalizo este diseño que espero les guste mucho, junto a las anécdotas que conté de dónde provino mi inspiración.

I should have skipped the next step which would be the eyes, but I preferred to give snowflake details with a snowflake brush and dots with the feather brush.

Then I applied the kawaii style on the eyes and lips, and with that I finish this design that I hope you like it a lot, together with the anecdotes that I told where my inspiration came from.
