New Recording, 1st Month Together & a New House

avatar

For what its worth, I no longer feel my life is boring. Though I know there will still be trials ahead - at least I am more inspired.

Here is this #freewrite, I wanna just talk about my hubby's new recording, our 1st month together as husband and wife and our new house.

So here goes...

I love singing, and my husband loves to sing even more.

So, at our new house, I brought out my microphone and small mixer and he got so excited. I placed it on our work desk. But of course, I need a bigger one. Everything is congested here.

Actually, my husband and his brothers are all musically inclined as their mom played the piano for the church.
He said, she never stopped playing until she died. She died doing what she loved to do.

I never met their mom and I really wished I did. We could have sung and she could have played.

My husband was cooking the other night and as soon as he finished, he told us to let us eat dinner fast so he could start singing. Hahahaha!!!!

After dinner, he sat excitingly and asked me what song should he sing. I suggested 'AKOY SAYO AT IKAY AKIN' by South Border.

We would love to do more and hope I could get more budget to setup our recording studio and work place.

We are truly blessed with our new home. We feel very free and relaxed here.

It's quiet and simple. It has a very good location and its an 'ideal place to live' especially if you have lots of friends in the city, they are all around you and fast to reach.

We live with Aldrin's brother, kuya Hedzel (nicknamed 'Tey') & Aldrin's bestman, Allan Rey.
Cool names, they all rhyme. Hahaha!!!

Here they were making funny moments inside our kitchen.

We have this Filipino joke that if you don't have budget or money anymore, you'll have to just smell the one piece or last piece of fish but not eat it, but then you can eat rice, every meal.

I'm thankful we can at least afford to buy some veggies even on a tight budget.

When I was still living at my mom's place, we loved eating out especially at McDonalds. Now, I'd rather come home to cook our own food. I'm so happy cooking in my kitchen.

This month's 23rd of March 2021 completed our 1 month living as Husband and Wife.
