[ES-EN] No se detiene la educación en Bitcoin en Cuba
Este domingo para varios fue diferente, se realizó el 4to Meetup de la comunidad Cuba Bitcoin, una comunidad destinada en la educación sobre Bitcoin, su ecosistema y soluciones.
This Sunday was different for many, the 4th Meetup of the Cuba Bitcoin community was held, a community aimed at education about Bitcoin, its ecosystem, and solutions.

Como cada vez, se organizaron charlas temáticas para instruir a los nuevos interesados en aprender y para reafirmar los conocimientos de los que ya llevamos cierto tiempo.
Se rememoraron las experiencias de la aplicación del programa educativo de MiFirstBitcoin en dos escuelas ya terminadas. La primera de ellas en La Habana y la segunda por primera vez en un instituto de enseñanza y fuera de La Habana en Las Tunas. Se compartieron nuevos recursos educativos para aprender con un perfil más técnico y enfocado en el desarrollo en https://bitcoindevs.xyz y la posibilidad de que cubanos puedan pasar el curso Mastering Bitcoin en https://libreriadesatoshi.com.
Fue muy interesante que se hablara de las distintas soluciones de segunda capa RSK y Liquid, con un enfoque cuidadoso, pues se tratan de soluciones de escalabilidad que por detrás tienen instituciones que ejercen la custodia de los Bitcoin reales, incluso algunas billeteras bloquean el acceso desde Cuba, siendo necesario el uso de VPN. Bitcoin Lighting Network tuvo su protagonismo, se explicó su funcionamiento y las distintas soluciones con énfasis en la autocustodia.
En el entorno complejo que vive Cuba, donde cada vez más servicios custodial cierran sus puertas a IP cubanos, la autocustodia es esencial, pero para los nuevos usuarios resulta muy complicado empezar y aprender a manejar canales. Se manejaron distintas estrategias, una de ellas la asesoría en la apertura de canales con fondos colectivos, abonando por parte del beneficiario el costo de abrir un canal más un plus por el servicio, quedándose con un canal bien financiado con abundante capacidad de entrada y devolviendo los fondos comunitarios.

As every time, thematic talks were organized to instruct those new interested in learning and to reaffirm the knowledge of which we have already been for some time.

New educational resources were shared to learn with a more technical profile and focused on the development in https://bitcoindevs.xyz and the possibility that Cubans can pass the Mastering Bitcoin course at https://libreriadesatoshi.com .
It was exciting that the different second layer solutions RSK and Liquid were discussed, with a careful approach, because they are scalability solutions that have institutions that exercise custody of real Bitcoin behind them, even some wallets block access from Cuba, being necessary the use of VPN. Bitcoin Lighting Network had its prominence, its operation, and the different solutions were explained with an emphasis on self-care.
In the complex environment that Cuba is experiencing, where more and more custodial services are closing their doors to Cuban IPs, self-care is essential, but it is very difficult for new users to start and learn how to manage channels. Different strategies were handled, one of them the advice on the opening of channels with collective funds, paying on the part of the beneficiary the cost of opening a channel plus a plus for the service, staying with a well-financed channel with abundant input capacity, and returning the community funds.
