drizzle [Exhaust Running Community Report, November 19th 2020]

avatar

From doodle to drizzle.

I don't like running in the wet, moist, foggy evenings. The world feels bleak and drizzling.

Like it was tonight. I went out for a short run and intentionally left running gloves at home to be forced to run quicker. A strange logic, you may say? When my hands are cold I run quicker :)

With two stops for a red light, the net pace was 5:12. Nice.

Do you notice anything amiss with the map?

The cover photo is from some not drizzly afternoon.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

Better and better

I'm glad that your still on point with your cardio activities Ervin! In regards to the strange thing amiss with the map... Is it that it looks like you ran across the water rather than the bridge? lol!

Ok! In addition to checking in with you I wanted to give you a little heads up!

You have achieved #AutomaticWin's in the past so I wanted to let you know about the 2 recent @AdventureReady announcement posts as they apply to you! :D

I'm busy transitioning the AWIN Token (It's a token I was awarding to everybody going out of their way to get #AutomaticWin's) over to the Hive Engine site.

Anyways! I'm just here to let you know that if you transfer your AWIN Token (on the Steem Engine Site: https://steem-engine.com) back to the @AdventureReady account I'll buy it back at the rate of 1 Hive for every AWIN and also issue you a matching amount of the shiny new WIN Token on Hive Engine!)

Here's the 2 announcement posts about all of this!

First Post:

Second Post:

Let me know if you have any questions alright! 🙌

Hello, Wil. Thanks a lot for your reply. I am glad to see you on Hive.

I have already transferred my stash of 7 AWIN tokens to your Steem @AdventureReady account.

I will occasionally be a candidate for your initiative and tokens here. Mostly on weekends. I am still active, of course. Yet I don't carry the phone with me all the time any longer.

About the map. Compare the two maps. one from Strava, the other from the Coros app. And difference?

Yes! After about 3 months off from my usual Hive activities I'm back and in full force!

I got your AWIN transfer to the @AdventureReady account Ervin! Thank you for participating when you can! I'm always pleased and excited to read what your up to! 🙌

About the map. It looks like their orientation has been flipped completely around. Does this mean that North, South, East, and West were in conflict on the two tracking platforms?

Great to hear you are back.

About the map. Nothing hacked there. The app allows you to rotate the map. I was just fooling around with it :)

Actually a strange logic, you have to think that the floor is damp, therefore you have to take a slower pace, if you fracture, neither slow nor fast.

It wasn't slippery. And my asphalt running shoes have good outer soles.

And I've learned to avoid white color on the streets :)

Okay, it sounds scolding, but I didn't see your shoes, that's my apology :)

No need to apologize. I congratulate you on keen observation and thank you for your caring thoughts!
