midday run on asphalt

We spent Saturday morning in Ljubljana city center. That's why I used the castle as the cover photo.
There was a lot going on yet that's a story for another article.
When we finally came home I went out immediately to catch the midday heat. At this moment I aim for heat acclimatization. Midday runs on asphalt are the best to reach the heat endurance.
