Woop trampoline training day for my son and an opportunity to run for me. Since I had an hour and a half of time I put in an easy 14 K long run, all red traffic lights included.

The drawing on the map reminds me of a dog. I called it Woopy :)

The aerobic training effort was good. Kilometer times were slow where I waited to cross the street.

It was a lovely run on a cloudy afternoon on asphalt, tarmac, field roads and single trails. Very good.
