5 x 3 min intervals

Another intervals session is done with ease. Unde 6 overall pace with the 2nd and 5th intervals section the fastest at 4:31. I know it's nothing special yet goof enough for me. Th maximum heart rate keeps rising too which means I have finally wakened up my lazy heart :)

Tomorrow in the morning a 30 minutes long recovery run awaits.
