30 min recovery run

An early morning recovery run that lasted for exactly half an hour. It was, what I like to call, a back to back run. This is when the run starts less than 12 hours after the last one.

It was really warm at seven degrees at 7 am. Too warm. I took it very easy in the beginning then upped the pace on the way back home.

Tomorrow 4 x 3 minutes intervals in the afternoon.

In the meantime, the cold front came and brought wet snow with it. Nothing much, five centimeters at most in the lowlands. While in the mountains there will be a full load of fresh snow in the morning. Great!
