me gustó mucho esta reflexión porque a veces confundimos estar solos con sentirnos solos, y no siempre es lo mismo. Está buenísimo también que menciones que no es algo exclusivo de los adultos mayores, porque puede atravesarnos en cualquier etapa de la vida. Y sí, creo que ahí la comunidad y sentir que pertenecemos a algún lugar hacen una diferencia enorme.

I really liked this reflection because sometimes we confuse being alone with feeling lonely, and they aren't always the same thing. It's also great that you mention it's not something exclusive to older adults, because it can happen to us at any stage of life. And yes, I think that's where community and feeling like we belong somewhere make a huge difference.
