Buscando nuevas alianzas para las próximas ediciones de Convinarte || Seeking new alliances for the next editions of Convinarte ♥
¡Hola Chicos!
Como les comenté en un post anterior, nos encontramos en una nueva aventura para realizar las nuevas ediciones de nuestro evento Convinarte. Ha sido todo un viaje de aprendizaje el que hemos vivido ya que el hacer eventos no es algo que dominemos y es un nuevo mundo sin explorar al que nos hemos enfrentado.
Desde la última edición se me ocurrió la idea de crear alianzas con restaurantes reconocidos de la ciudad y así llevar acabo nuestro evento en sus instalaciones. Gracias a esto podemos aprovechar el público con el que ellos ya cuentan para que puedan enterarse de la actividad.
También con estas alianzas podemos cubrir el atender a los participantes porque tenemos a disposición los meseros y cubren la parte de las degustaciones.
En el primer restaurante con el que hablamos tuvimos buena receptividad y ese mismo día teníamos la cita con un segundo restaurant, que quedaba a algunos minutos de ese sitio.

As I told you in a previous post, we are in a new adventure to make new editions of our event Convinarte. It has been quite a learning journey we have been on since doing events is not something we have mastered and it is a new unexplored world we have faced.
Since the last edition, I came up with the idea of creating alliances with renowned restaurants in the city to host our event in their facilities. Thanks to this we can take advantage of the audience they already have so they can find out about the activity.
Also with these alliances we can cover the participants' service because we have the waiters available and they cover the tastings.
In the first restaurant we talked to we had good receptivity and that same day we had an appointment with a second restaurant, which was a few minutes away from that place.
Luego de una larga caminata, la cual aprovechamos para actualizarnos un poco Elieska y yo 😂, llegamos al centro comercial donde se encuentra el restaurant. Es primera vez que visitaba este sitio, al igual que el otro.
Queda en un segundo piso y al entrar nos encontramos un sitio bastante acogedor. La cita era para las 4 y 30 de la tarde y nosotras llegamos como media hora antes.
El encargado no había llegado, así que nos tocó esperar un poco por él. Mientras nos ofrecieron un poco de agua y tuvimos la oportunidad de explorar un poco y visualizar como sería el evento en este sitio.
After a long walk, which we took advantage of to catch up a bit Elieska and I 😂, we arrived at the mall where the restaurant is located. It's the first time I visited this place, just like the other one.
It is on the second floor and when we entered we found a very cozy place. The appointment was for 4:30 in the afternoon and we arrived about half an hour before.
The manager had not arrived, so we had to wait a bit for him. In the meantime we were offered some water and had the opportunity to explore a bit and visualize how the event would be in this place.
El sitio estaba algo oscuro, lo que nos preocupó un poco porque no sabíamos si podría hacerse un poco más iluminado, ya que la actividad requiere de una buena visión para quienes asistan.
Al rato que llegó el encargado, tuvimos una charla muy amena con él. Se mostró muchísimo más receptivo con nuestro evento y nos brindó muchísima más flexibilidad a la hora de poder usar las instalaciones, pautar un horario ideal.
En resumidas cuentas puso a disposición todo el local incluyendo todo el personal. Nos indicó que haría parte de la organización del evento, pues nuestro éxito es su éxito y mientras mayor número de personas asistan mejor para ambas partes.
Nos ofreció promocionar en sus redes para lograr el mayor alcance. Y en cuanto a las degustaciones, obtuvimos buenas opciones a un buen precio.
The place was a bit dark, which worried us a bit because we did not know if it could be a bit more illuminated, since the activity requires a good vision for those who attend.
After the manager arrived, we had a very pleasant chat with him. He was much more receptive to our event and gave us a lot more flexibility when it came to using the facilities and setting an ideal schedule.
In short, he made the entire venue available to us, including all the staff. He told us that he would be part of the organization of the event, because our success is his success and the more people attending the better for both parties.
He offered to promote us in his networks to achieve the greatest reach. And as for the tastings, we got good options at a good price.
Logramos muy buenos resultados en este sitio y pautamos hacerlo para el mes de mayo. Al salir de este evento que esta en curso y comenzaremos a trabajar en pro al siguiente en este restaurant.
Promete ser algo grande, así que ya luego les estaré compartiendo a detalle todo el proceso de esta edición.
We achieved very good results in this site and we plan to do it for the month of May. When we leave this event that is in progress and we will start working towards the next one in this restaurant.
It promises to be something big, so I will be sharing in detail the whole process of this edition.
Ya luego tocó hacer una larga caminata hasta la avenida para poder tomar el transporte de regreso a casa.
En el camino estábamos analizando todo lo ocurrido en ambas citas. La emoción era grande y bueno solo nos tocaba comenzar a trabajar para que los eventos se pudieran llevar acabo.
Then it was a long walk to the avenue to take the bus back home.
On the way we were analyzing everything that had happened in both appointments. The excitement was great and all we had to do was to start working so that the events could take place.
Hacer eventos ha sido como les comenté en un principio, y largo camino de aprendizaje, en el que hemos tenido tropiezos pero todos ellos nos han impulsado a hacer las cosas mejor.
Desde que tuvimos el primero que nos ayudó a crear una identidad, como en el que vamos viviendo que ya luego les contaré como nos va yendo. No ha sido fácil pero para lograr las metas se debe trabajar duro.
El camino al éxito no es en línea recta.
Doing events has been, as I told you at the beginning, a long learning process, in which we have had setbacks but all of them have pushed us to do things better.
Since we had the first one that helped us to create an identity, as in the one we are living, which I will tell you later on how we are doing. It has not been easy but to achieve your goals you have to work hard.
The road to success is not a straight line.
