¡Hola Chicos!
Han sido días un poco duros en casa y nada mejor para levantar el ánimo que con una buena comida. Nos preparamos unos deliciosos perros calientes 🌭 y es como dice el dicho, "barriga llena, corazón contento".
Realmente esta comida ha cumplido su función y nos hemos puesto bien contentos al comer estas delicias. La disfrutamos viendo la nueva película de Hocus Pocus 2 y fue un momento bien lindo que compartimos los 3.
Es bueno comer comida de la calle, pero nada que una comida casera no supere, pues esta va con un plus de amor que ninguna comida callejera te da.
Por supuesto, he tomado muchas foticos para compartirles como los hemos preparado, pues fue una tarea de mi esposo y yo. Espero que los disfruten y les sirva de inspiración para que los hagan ustedes también. ♥

It's been a bit hard days at home and nothing better to lift your spirits than with a good meal. We prepare some delicious hot dogs 🌭 and it's like the saying goes, 'full belly, happy heart'.
This food has really served its purpose and we have been very happy to eat these delicacies. We enjoyed watching the new Hocus Pocus 2 movie and it was a very nice moment that the 3 of us shared.
It is good to eat street food, but nothing that a homemade meal does not overcome, because this comes with a plus of love that no street food gives you.
Of course, I have taken many photos to share with you how we have prepared them, since it was a task for my husband and me. I hope you enjoy them and it inspires you to do them too. ♥
Primero abrimos los panes a la mitad, hicimos 10 panes, dos para mi hijo, 3 para mí y 5 para mi esposo. No eran panes para perros calientes, compré pan francés porque no había otros, pero estos estaban súper suaves, así que le iban muy bien a nuestra preparación.
First we opened the loaves in half, we made 10 loaves, two for my son, 3 for me and 5 for my husband. They weren't hot dog buns, I bought French bread because there weren't any others, but these were super soft, so they went very well with our preparation.
Agregamos salsa de tomate y mayonesa en la base y luego por cada pan agregamos media salchicha polaca, las cuales cocinamos previamente en agua.
Solo colocamos la mitad porque los panes eran pequeños y con la cantidad de cosas faltaban, nos pareció mucho poner a cada pan una completa.
We add tomato sauce and mayonnaise to the base and then for each bun we add half a Polish sausage, which we previously cooked in water.
We only placed half because the loaves were small and with the amount of things missing, we thought it was too much to put a complete loaf on each loaf.
Como vegetales, mi esposo hizo una ensalada rallada de zanahoria y repollo, que le aporta una textura genial a los perros calientes.
La aderezamos únicamente con un poco de sal y luego la agregamos a los panes.
For vegetables, my husband made a shredded carrot and cabbage salad, which adds a great texture to hot dogs.
We season it only with a little salt and then add it to the bread.
Luego se le agregó una cantidad generosa de papitas, que son una divinura que se puede comer hasta solas. Les he agarrado amor estando con mi esposo porque antes pedias mis hamburguesas y perros calientes sin papitas.
Then a generous amount of chips was added, which are a delight that can be eaten alone. I have come to love them being with my husband because before you ordered my hamburgers and hot dogs without chips.
Como toque final agregamos unas tiras de tocineta, que cocinamos en su propia grasa por algunos minutos, unas lonjas de queso mozzarella y un poco más de salsas para completas.
Ahora estamos listos para disfrutar de esos deliciosos perros calientes.
Estaban demasiado buenos y no se dejen engañar por su tamaño. Yo solo pude comerme 2 y mi esposo a duras penas logró comerse 4.

As a final touch we add some strips of bacon, which we cook in its own fat for a few minutes, a few slices of mozzarella cheese and a little more sauces for complets.
Now we are ready to enjoy those delicious hot dogs.
They were too good and don't be fooled by their size. I was only able to eat 2 and my husband barely managed to eat 4.
