The finish line is just around the corner [En|Es]

For a few weeks now I have been attending two courses, the pastry and bakery, in which I have learned to prepare countless things that before I had only been able to observe in videos and now for me it is possible to recreate it at home and fully understand the whole procedure and what things can make me fail in the execution.

We are very close to finish and I can't tell you how happy I am and at the same time I have mixed feelings because something that will come to an end, for now.... And I say this because both courses have a second level and my intention is to continue as much as I can to learn as much as possible and be able to apply it later in an enterprise.

They have been tough days of many challenges but without a doubt the knowledge acquired outweighs any setback we could have. We have only two more classes to go and then comes the graduation. Of course I will take you with me through the whole process. ♥

Desde hace unas cuantas semanas estoy asistiendo a dos cursos, el de repostería y panadería, en los que he aprendido a preparar infinidad de cosas que antes solo había podido observar en videos y que ahora para mi es posible recrearlo en casa y entender completamente todo el procedimiento y qué cosas pueden hacer que falle en la ejecución.

Ya falta muy poco para terminar y no saben lo feliz que me siento y al mismo tiempo tengo sentimientos encontrados pues algo que llegará a su fin, por ahora... Y digo así porque ambos cursos cuentan con segundo nivel y mi intención es continuar lo más que pueda para aprender todo lo posible y poderlo aplicar luego en un emprendimiento.

Han sido días rudos de muchos retos pero que sin duda pesa mucho más el conocimiento adquirido que cualquier contratiempo que pudieramos tener. Falta muy poco, ya solo nos quedan dos clases más y luego viene la graduación. Por supuesto los llevaré conmigo en todo el proceso. ♥
