¡Hola Chicos!
En los últimos días he sentido que el tiempo no me ha rendido como quiero. El día pasa y a pesar de que trato de cubrir la mayor cantidad de tareas posibles, siento que no encuentro el equilibrio perfecto entre mis quehaceres en la casa, el trabajo, el tiempo para mi familia y un tiempo para mi.
Básicamente he tenido que dejar a un lado lo que es el tiempo de mi familia y el mío para dedicarme a un sin fin de cosas que parecieran no tener final.
Voy modo robot por la vida completando lo que puedo y no me estoy disfrutando el proceso como debería. Por fin me di cuenta que debo hacer un cambio, establecer horarios y comenzar a salir de esos pendientes que aunque no les he prestado atención, ocupan un lugar importante en mis preocupaciones.

In the last few days I've been feeling that time has not been working for me the way I want it to. The day goes by and even though I try to cover as many tasks as possible, I feel like I can't find the perfect balance between my chores at home, work, time for my family and some time for me.
Basically, I have had to put aside my family's and my own time to dedicate myself to an endless amount of things that seem to have no end.
I go through life in robot mode completing what I can and I'm not enjoying the process as much as I should. I finally realized that I have to make a change, establish schedules and start getting out of those pending things that although I have not paid attention to them, they occupy an important place in my worries.
Desperté con ganas de actuar y comenzar a organizar mi vida como quiero. Me preparé desayuno, a pesar de que desperté sin apetito, y mientras comía comencé a trabajar en mi post.
Caí en cuenta que mañana debía ir al curso de panadería y que además tenía que dar clases por la tarde. Necesitaba dinero en efectivo para el transporte y recordé que no había ido al banco a retirar.
Por eso al terminar me vestí y salí directo al banco a buscar el dinero. Con la misma me regresé a casa para continuar con la lista de tareas que me había establecido para el día.
I woke up eager to take action and start organizing my life the way I want. I made myself breakfast, even though I woke up with no appetite, and while I was eating I started working on my post.
I realized that tomorrow I had to go to the bakery course and that I also had to teach in the afternoon. I needed cash for transportation and remembered that I had not gone to the bank to withdraw.
So when I finished I got dressed and went straight to the bank to get the money. With it I returned home to continue with the list of tasks I had set for the day.
Caminando de regreso a casa iba pensando cual era el siguiente paso a dar, recordé que faltaban verduras para el almuerzo, que debía llegar haciendo porque mi hijo debía irse a las 2 de la tarde para su curso de ingles.
De camino a la frutería me crucé con un perrito muy lindo. ♥
Walking back home I was thinking about what was the next step to take, I remembered that there were no vegetables for lunch, that I had to arrive on time because my son had to leave at 2 o'clock in the afternoon for his English course.
On my way to the greengrocer's I came across a cute dog. ♥
Tomé algunas verduras y frutas. No eran muchas cosas porque mi presupuesto es limitado, el aire acondicionado de la sala se dañó con los bajones de luz y nos tocó mandarlo a reparar.
Por suerte contábamos con un dinero que íbamos a usar para comprar unos materiales para comenzar a hacer tatuajes y pudimos completar los 55$ que costaba la reparación. Quedamos justos, pero se que dentro de poco podremos hacer esas compras.
I took some vegetables and fruits. There were not many things because my budget is limited, the air conditioner in the room was damaged with the power cuts and we had to send it to be repaired.
Luckily we had some money that we were going to use to buy some materials to start making tattoos and we were able to complete the $55 that the repair cost. We were a little short, but I know that soon we will be able to make those purchases.
Al terminar de escoger lo que me hacía falta me fui a pagar y me retiré del sitio. Luego pasé por la carnicería y ahora si podía irme a casa.
When I finished choosing what I needed, I went to pay and left the place. Then I went to the butcher's and now I could go home.
Una de las muchas tareas que tengo acumuladas es una pizarra que me comprometí a pintar.
Una compañera de curso y amiga, me prestó su pizarra. Ella no puso condiciones pero como quería hacerle un agrado por habérmela prestado le dije que le pintaría los diseños que ella quisiera.
Tengo casi un mes con la pizarra en casa y aun no la termino, la razón es que las primeras letras que hice no me gustaron y por la frustración lo dejé así.
Pasaron los días y bueno, era momento de atacar ese "problema". Decidí borrarlo todo y comenzar nuevamente y así me comencé a sentir más cómoda con el diseño.
Mi fuerte no son las letras, pero con la combinación de colores creo que estoy logrando algo muy lindo.
One of the many tasks I have accumulated is a blackboard that I committed to paint.
A classmate and friend of mine lent me her blackboard. She didn't set any conditions but as I wanted to thank her for lending it to me I told her that I would paint the designs she wanted.
I have almost a month with the blackboard at home and I still haven't finished it, the reason is that the first letters I did didn't like it and out of frustration I left it like that.
Days went by and well, it was time to attack that "problem". I decided to erase it all and start again and so I began to feel more comfortable with the design.
My forte is not letters, but with the combination of colors I think I'm achieving something very nice.
La idea era terminarla y luego comenzar a trabajar en la computadora algunos trabajos pendientes, pero se nos fue la electricidad. Ya eran casi las 7 de la noche y el sol se estaba ocultando.
Esto nos viene pasando como desde hace casi dos semanas, la electricidad se nos va en unas horas caóticas porque es cuando más yo me ocupo en casa y me veo obligada a detenerme por la oscuridad, el calor y los mosquitos que comienzas a consumir mi paciencia.
No es fácil pero me encuentro en proceso de aceptarlo, estos problemas seguirán ocurriendo y hay que buscar la manera de sobrellevarlo.
Sé que organizando mejor mi tiempo lograré que estas cosas no me desestabilicen y que además podré encontrar un tiempo para hacer las cosas que me gustan. ♥
The idea was to finish it and then start working on the computer on some pending work, but the electricity went out. It was almost 7 o'clock at night and the sun was setting.
This has been happening to us for almost two weeks now, the electricity goes out in chaotic hours because it is when I am most busy at home and I am forced to stop because of the darkness, the heat and the mosquitoes that begin to consume my patience.
It is not easy but I am in the process of accepting it, these problems will continue to occur and we must find a way to cope.
I know that by organizing my time better I will manage to not let these things destabilize me and I will also be able to find some time to do the things I like to do. ♥

Aaay que bueno no ser la única que siente que los quehaceres de casa son interminables, jaja cosas que pasa si hacemos contenido y trabajamos, pero bueno, seguro luego encuentras un espacio de relajación. Me encantó el resultado del anuncio en la pizarra, tiene naturalidad.

Muy cierto amiga, a veces es difícil encontrar el equilibrio entre tantas cosas, pero siempre hay que dedicarnos un tiempito para nosotras. Un abrazo
