[ENG/ESP] LOH #296 Learnings that have improved my life

I used to think that showing fragility was synonymous with weakness. Today I understand that opening my heart, crying when necessary and sharing my fears has made me more human and closer to others. Vulnerability does not diminish my strength, it multiplies it, because it connects me with those who also seek comfort and company.

I have learned that life is sustained in details: an unexpected smile, a hug that arrives in silence, a word that soothes. These simple gestures are what have filled my days with tenderness and have reminded me that happiness is not in the grandiose, but in the everyday.
Gratitude has become my compass. Being grateful for what I have, what I am and what I receive from others has given me inner peace. Even in difficult times, being grateful has allowed me to see the light hidden behind the shadows.

Another great learning has been to let go of what does not belong to me: resentments, guilt, other people's expectations. Letting go has freed me from unnecessary burdens and allowed me to walk lighter, with space for new experiences and feelings.
Life has shown me that it is always possible to get up. Every fall brings with it a lesson, every wound becomes a scar that reminds me that I survived and grew. Resilience has taught me that it is not about not breaking, but about putting yourself back together with more sensitivity and strength.

What I have learned during this time is that life improves when it is lived from the heart: when we accept our vulnerability, we are grateful for the small, we let go of what is heavy and we trust in our ability to be reborn. This learning has made me more tender, more aware and, above all, happier.
