Celebraciones, hoy fue un día hermoso de celebrar por nuestra graduación. Por fin el sueño tan anhelado se hizo realidad. Mi familia está muy feliz, todos están tan contentos por la meta. Somos Ingenieras Industriales. Lo bueno es que ambas terminamos al mismo tiempo y pudimos entrar al acto de grado de hoy 28 de abril. Nuestro gran amigo Marco también se incluyó en este grupo, el quien nos acompañó en este gran camino. Tantas peleas, noches de no dormir y de subes y bajas pero se logró.

Celebrations, today was a beautiful day to celebrate our graduation. Finally the long-awaited dream came true. My family is very happy, everyone is so happy about the finish. We are Industrial Engineers. The good thing is that we both finished at the same time and we were able to enter the graduation ceremony today, April 28. El día de ayer comenzó yendo a buscar los vestidos que alquilamos para el evento. El dictador nos buscó en casa y nos llevó. Todo fué muy rápido. Nos avisaron que debíamos ir formalmente vestidas y por esa razón debíamos salir corriendo al sitio donde alquilan los más bonitos vestidos en San Cristóbal. Aquí encuentras de todo tipo y para cualquier evento. Kerit, Juan y Naivy fueron nuestros testigos de que los vestidos hayan quedado con buena medida.

Por otro lado, mi mamá y nuestra hermosa vecina Mayra nos prepararon pasticho para almorzar después de la graduación. Lo prepararon por la noche y en la mañana bien temprano lo metieron al horno para que cuando llegaramos solo lo poníamos a calentar y comer. Pensamos que llegaríamos tarde y que sería lo mejor y la verdad es que aunque el acto no tardó tanto, cómo desayunamos tan temprano ya teníamos hambre cuando llegamos entonces íbamos a querer comer y eso fue lo que hicimos.

On the other hand, my mom and our beautiful neighbor Mayra made us pasticho for lunch after graduation. They prepared it at night and very early in the morning they put it in the oven so that when we arrived we just put it to heat and eat. We thought that we would arrive late and that it would be the best thing to do and the truth is that although the act did not take that long, since we had breakfast so early we were already hungry when we arrived so we were going to want to eat and that is what we did.

La verdad es que el pasticho quedó delicioso, tenía buen sabor. Tenían muchas sorpresas para nosotras. El esposo de la vecina mandó a hacer unas tortas para nosotras con nuestros nombres y bien decoradas con crema Chantilly. Estaban riquísimas. La verdad es que soñabamos con esto y pensamos que no se haría nada por nuestra graduación pero todo fué sorpresa, estuvo muy bonito. La pasamos genial con la mejor compañía.

The truth is that the pasticho was delicious, it had a good flavor. They had many surprises for us. The neighbor's husband ordered some cakes to be made for us with our names and well decorated with Chantilly cream. They were delicious. The truth is that we dreamed of this and thought that nothing would be done for our graduation but everything was a surprise, it was very nice. We had a great time with the best company.

Estoy contenta porque ya casi me voy a Medellín a pasar un tiempo con José. La verdad es que me hubiese gustado que el estuviese en este día tan especial para mí. Pero confío en que pronto estaremos juntos y soy la chica más feliz por estar a su lado. Este día fué bonito, nos reunimos con nuestros mejores amigos de la universidad con quiénes peleamos y nos trasnochamos estudiando. Graduarse es una de las mejores experiencias que la vida te puede regalar.

I am happy because I am almost going to Medellin to spend some time with José. The truth is that I would have liked him to be on this special day for me. But I trust that soon we will be together and I am the happiest girl to be by his side. This day was nice, we got together with our best friends from college with whom we fought and stayed up late studying. Graduating is one of the best experiences that life can give you.

Ahora estamos en casa de nuestro amigo Marco comiendo pasteles, torta y tomando ponche de crema. Para celebrar por nuestro día iremos a un sitio muy bonito aquí a hacer karaoke y comer algo, quizás pizza. No queremos quitarnos las medalla de la emoción. Sé que se vienen cosas buenas muy pronto, aunque eso conlleve tomar un camino diferente al de mi hermana. Ya les estaremos contando más de nuestras aventuras. Esto fué todo por hoy, espero que les haya gustado. Ub abrazo

Now we are at our friend Marco's house eating cakes, cake and having cream punch. To celebrate our day we will go to a very nice place here to do karaoke and eat something, maybe pizza. We do not want to take away the medal of emotion. I know that good things are coming very soon, even if it means taking a different path than my sister.
