My Favorite Actor and Actress|| Movie & TV Shows Contest.

How do you feel when you don't get to watch your preferred actors on screen? Well for me, I don't feel good and, if I don't see my preferred actor's names in the cast of a movie, I don't bother to watch the movie except if the plot/storyline is intriguing, then I watch it. Who knows, one might fall in love with an upcoming actor.

The last contest of the Movies & TV shows community was fun and interesting, I enjoyed it. This one is much more fun because we all get to read from different people who their favorite actors and actresses are and also read why. I have a list of actors and actresses that I love to watch on screen, but there are two who are on the top of the list; Gal Gadot and Jason Statham. These two always put a smile on my face when I see them cast in a movie. I love their personality, strong character, and the passion they put into their work. So I will talk about Gal Gadot first (ladies first 😉).

Gal, an Israeli actress, and model came across my screen in 2009 when she acted in the fourth sequel of the Fast & Furious franchise and subsequent two other sequels as Gisele Yashar. I fell in love with her right from then. What attracted me to her was the way she portrayed her character, the zeal she puts into acting, and the strength of her personal character. The movie showed me her badass side of her and it was thrilling for me. Another thing that made me love her more is the fact that she was in the army before working her way up in her acting career. I feel like I have a sister in arms.

She blew my mind away when DC comics cast her as Wonder woman. That was when she became one of the most influential people in the world. Her role as Wonder Woman inspired a lot of women around the world, especially upcoming young women and I won't lie, she is also an inspiration to me. Before I finish with Gal, let's not forget her shocking performance in Red Notice (2022) and Death in the Nile (2022). Both of the movies brought out other sides of her during character play. Murder and mystery characters suit her well and I hope to see her play a villain part someday. Well, I am going to see her play a villain part soon in an upcoming movie titled Snow White. Her first proper villain role as the evil queen and I can't wait to see the movie.

Jason, an English actor with a fantastic accent 🤤came to my screen when I watched one of his movies for the first time, titled 'The transporter' (2002) which later had some follow-up sequels. His role in the franchise is mind-blowing. He was rigid and at the same time goofy. All his movies that I have watched were thrilling and intense. He is known for always portraying characters in action movies who are always tough, cranky, intense, or violent which makes me wonder what if he was given a superhero role to play how would he perform? Well, we won't know until he is given the role.

In the movie titled, 'Homefront' he acted as an amazing father who did everything within his power to protect and stand up for his daughter. That movie showed us another softer side of Jason. In the movie, he was just soft, but he was strong when he needed to be for his daughter. He also starred in many thrilling action movies such as; The Expendables, Crank, Fast & Furious, Wild card, Hobbs & Shaw and so many other movies.

One of his movies, titled Hobbs and Shaw, inspired me to create a portrait of him last year, it is one of my best works of art. I am not a professional artist but I try my best to come out with something unique when I can. In the movie, I love the relationship he had with Johnson Dwayne (The Rock). Their relationship is kind of a 'cat and dog' relationship which was hilarious to me. Above all Jason's facial expressions, mannerisms and accent are just golden. Here is the link to the Post.
