There is this popular say that everyone should invest what they can risk. It is the truth that the decision we make today will determine our future. Most times we often jump into investment because of the promised profit we might have heard but not even doing proper research and analysis about the investment we are about going into.

My mentor always tell me that I should always have an investor mindset I should not be carried away by the profit, and because of that I don't take time to put into consideration about the investment I want to venture into, you know when it comes to investment we are going for profit but where in the crypto world it requires patience and understanding, because there times we call the bullish and bearish season, which we need to understand when it comes to making investment in crypto, patience and understanding timing is Paramount in the is world call crypto.

Let me tell you about my personal experience.

2020 during the lockdown period I have as just at home doing nothing, watching movies everyday, a friend of mine came around and introduce me to forex trading, at first I didn't want to give attention to it but after some month I decided to give it a try and after hearing all the beautiful testimonies from people I was convinced not just convinced when I heard of the profit people make, in fact the one that got my attention was one of my school mate who just bought a Corolla car from the money he made from forex and some of my girlfriend where already living big, I just went in with the mindset to make money without even thinking about if I lose.

I started attending seminar from one place to another, I became serious 🤣🤣. I got register with a demo account to start trading, I downloaded video on beginner guide on forex trading, hmmm when I thought that I have know it all, I open the real account and deposit #150 thousand, it is was looking cool, not until one morning I saw my trade move very fast with good profit I want to close the trade oo but greed didn't allow, i said to myself to myself after my ministration I will close it because I was in church, but when I finished singing I lost all my money 😭😭, I felt like crying right inside the church auditorium hmm.
After everything I decided to move on, I learned my lessons.

Here in hive I'm being able to invest wisely will the help of my mentor here, I don't just go into investmenting in a coin just for the sake of making money but also making an investment as a means of adding value to the community of hive, and ever since I had this mindset I have made good profit and good investment here on hive, I don't give what I can't stand to lose.
