Hello everyone , today I visited to read the pumpkin, a fruit that is not foreign to Indonesia. This fruit with yellow flesh has a sweet taste and contains many vitamins that are beneficial for health. In Indonesia, pumpkin is often processed into compote during the month of Ramadan. While abroad, pumpkins have become a symbol of Halloween celebrations.

Pumpkin seeds are usually roasted and can be used as food toppings. Pumpkin is rich in nutrients, ranging from carbohydrates, proteins, various vitamins, to minerals. In Taiwan, pumpkin is easy to get, the price is also affordable. I often buy several to keep. Sometimes I process it into pudding or just steam it.

Some of the benefits of pumpkin are: it makes the stomach full longer, its beta-carotene content sharpens vision and helps the retina absorb light, thus maintaining eye health. Another content of pumpkin is antioxidants that are useful for beautifying the skin. Makes skin smoother and firmer, and keeps it young.

Pumpkin also increases immunity, because it contains Vitamin A so it is useful to prevent viruses and also infectious diseases. In addition, this mushy fruit also prevents cancer and also maintains heart health.
