Bangla Bazar- tienda con productos colombianos en Sosnowiec [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! no conseguir los productos latinos a la vuelta de la esquina cuando vives en el extranjero es una de las cosas difíciles de vivir afuera o al menos para mí, porque extrañas lo tuyo, pero en Polonia además de poder comprar en línea estos productos, también han abierto algunas tiendas de productos latinos, por supuesto en mi caso no son tan cerca de casa, es decir en Sosnowiec, pero tampoco son tan lejanas, pues hay una en la ciudad de Katowice, aunque les cuento que como el fin de semana se me había terminado la harina de las arepas, no tenía tiempo de comprar en línea y el domingo estaba cerrada esta tienda latina de Katowice y buscando en internet conseguí una supermercado con productos colombianos aquí en Sosnowiec que me dejó sorprendida.

El supermercado se llama Bangla Bazar, es un supermercado indio pero también venden productos colombianos (lo pueden ver en el letrero), está ubicada en el centro de Sosnowiec (Polonia) y como les dije antes también abren el domingo pues nosotros fuímos allí ese día y estaba abierto, lo cual es un plus de la tienda.

El local no es muy grande, pero algo que me gustó es que es una tienda muy ordenada y muy limpia, la atención del chico que estaba allí también fue muy buena, pues en un momento tuvimos que preguntar precios de los productos que compramos y él nos ayudó sin problema, nosotros compramos harina pan y panela y diría que los precios son normales para este tipo de tiendas, quizá no hay mucha variedad de productos colombianos allí pero por lo menos consigo los que más uso más cerca de casa, así que si están en Sosnowiec y desean comprar productos colombianos o indios, yo les recomiendo visitar esta tienda pues la verdad la atención fue buena y consigues varias productos latinos.

Hi, everyone! Not being able to find Latin American products right around the corner when you live abroad is one of the tough things about living overseas—or at least for me—because you miss what’s familiar to you. But in Poland, in addition to being able to buy these products online, they’ve also opened a few stores that carry Latin American products. Of course, in my case, they aren’t that close to home—they’re in Sosnowiec—but they aren’t that far away either, since there’s one in the city of Katowice. However, I’ll tell you that last weekend I ran out of arepa flour—I didn’t have time to order online, and on Sunday that Latin American store in Katowice was closed. So, while searching online, I found a supermarket with Colombian products right here in Sosnowiec that really surprised me.

The supermarket is called Bangla Bazar; it’s an Indian supermarket, but they also sell Colombian products (you can see it on the sign). It’s located in downtown Sosnowiec (Poland), and as I mentioned before, they’re also open on Sundays—we went there that day and it was open, which is a definite plus for the store.

The store isn't very big, but one thing I liked was that it's very tidy and clean. The service from the guy who was there was also great—at one point we had to ask about the prices of the items we were buying, and he helped us without any problem. We bought bread flour and panela, and I’d say the prices are standard for this kind of store. Maybe there isn’t a huge variety of Colombian products there, but at least I can find the ones I use most often closer to home. So if you’re in Sosnowiec and want to buy Colombian or Indian products, I recommend visiting this store—the service was really good, and you can find a variety of Latin American products there.
