Caminando en Katowice [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! Olivia al igual que nosotros le encanta caminar, y esto es algo que disfrutamos mucho todos, especialmente ahora en el verano pero cuando no hace tanto sol o calor jajaja, aunque el otro día, a pesar de que hacía bastante calor, decidimos ir a la ciudad de Katowice a pasear y comer y la verdad es que la pasamos muy bien allí aunque no hicimos gran cosa, pero disfrutamos viendo la ciudad de Katowice en el verano y Olivia disfrutaba mucho corriendo por todos lados y también viendo las fuentes.

Ahora bien, como ven en las fotos, nosotros nos fuímos con ropa de verano, y Olivia llevaba su sombrero, aunque a veces se lo quitaba por el mismo calor, siento que por esa razón no había mucha gente en la calle, pero esto es bueno para nosotros para caminar sin tanto estrés, además les cuento que allí en Katowice pasamos por el nuevo patio de comida del centro comercial Supersam, por la calle Dworcowa donde vimos una escultura muy genial de un toro con dos manos, y también visitamos la tienda india para comprar algunas cosas para cocinar, además de visitar el restaurante donde comimos unas deliciosas pizzas.

Y es que Katowice siempre será una buena opción para ir a pasear, ver muchas cosas y tomar algo, por supuesto también para comer ya que hay más opciones que aquí en Sosnowiec, a nosotros nos encanta ir allí en autobus o tren, y Olivia también disfruta esto, aunque esta vez fuímos en carro por el calor, aún así la pasamos genial, y espero que volvamos pronto allí, pues esta es una ciudad muy linda y caminar es una actividad que disfrutamos mucho en familia y en tranquilidad y a ustedes también les gusta caminar?

Hi, everyone! Olivia loves walking just as much as we do, and it’s something we all really enjoy, especially now in the summer—but only when it’s not too sunny or hot, hahaha, though the other day, even though it was pretty hot, we decided to go to Katowice to walk around and grab a bite to eat, and honestly, we had a great time there even though we didn’t do much—we just enjoyed seeing Katowice in the summer, and Olivia had a blast running all over the place and checking out the fountains.

Now, as you can see in the photos, we went out in summer clothes, and Olivia was wearing her hat, although she’d take it off sometimes because of the heat. I think that’s why there weren’t many people on the street, but that’s actually good for us—it lets us walk around without so much stress. I’ll also tell you that while in Katowice, we stopped by the new food court at the Supersam shopping center on Dworcowa Street, where we saw a really cool sculpture of a bull with two hands, and we also visited the Indian store to buy some cooking ingredients, as well as the restaurant where we had some delicious pizzas.

The thing is, Katowice will always be a great place to go for a walk, see lots of things, and grab a drink—and, of course, to eat, since there are more options there than here in Sosnowiec. We love going there by bus or train, and Olivia enjoys it too, although this time we went by car because of the heat. Even so, we had a great time, and I hope we’ll go back there soon, because it’s a really beautiful city, and walking is something we really enjoy as a family—it’s so peaceful.
