Hola a todos! hoy quiero desearle un feliz día del padre a todos esos padres presentes, amorosos y comprometidos, al igual que nosotras las madres ustedes también merecen que hoy los celebren por todo lo alto y les den mucho amor y regalos jajaja, pero especialmente quiero felicitar a mi esposo Pawel (papá de Olivia y a quien ustedes ya conocen) porque sin duda alguna cada día me demuestras que elegí un gran papá para nuestra hija, ese con el que soñaba que fuera el padre de mis hijos y especialmente ese con el que estoy segura que ella no tendrá que sanar ninguna herida de la infancia, gracias mi amor.

Aunque en Polonia el día del padre se celebra el 23 de junio, hoy quise unirme a la iniciativa de esta comunidad, para contarles algo que hablaba con mi esposo y que es raro para él, pues en Polonia este día solo se acostumbra felicitar a tu padre, y a diferencia de Venezuela estamos acostumbrados a felicitar hasta al vecino y hacer una gran comida a veces, entonces para él fue un poco raro porque hoy recibió un lindo mensaje de mi madre felicitandolo por ser un gran papá para Olivia pero sobre todo felicitandolo por darle tanto amor.

Ahora bien, aunque no tengo hijos varones, puedo decir que Olivia es muy apegada a su papá, de hecho estoy segura que su palabra favorita es papá jajaja, por lo que diría que sí, que las hijas son más apegadas a los padres pues por ejemplo cuando Olivia aprende algo nuevo siempre quiere mostrarle a su papá como lo hace, y ella se asegura que de verdad él esté viendo ese momento lo cual es muy lindo para mí, y también es lindo ver como le da tantos besos y abrazos a su papá y eso será un recuerdo especial para mí.

Aunque quiero contarles que yo también tengo muchos recuerdos especiales con mi papá, quien a pesar de los errores como esposo, fue un gran padre, pero quiero contarles algo que nunca se me olvida y fue que él le salvó la vida a mi hermana cuando ella se tragó una chupeta, sí, así como leen, mi hermana como a los 7 u 8 años se tragó una chupeta y esta se quedó atorada en su garganta entonces por suerte mi papá estaba en casa en ese momento y le hizo la maniobra de heimlich y logró hacerla respirar, en mi mente solo está él, la seguridad de él al momento de hacer esto y la cara roja de mi hermana quien no podía respirar, suerte por ser doctor no lo sé, pero sé que actuó como un padre que daría la vida por su hija y estoy tan orgullosa de él y feliz de que sea mi papá, por cierto quiero invitar a mis amigas @bluevibes y @keritroberts a participar en esta iniciativa.

But I especially want to congratulate my husband Pawel (Olivia's dad, whom you already know) because, without a doubt, every day you show me that I chose a great dad for our daughter, the one I dreamed of being the father of my children, and especially the one I am sure she will not have to heal any childhood wounds from. Although Father's Day is celebrated on June 23 in Poland, today I wanted to join this community's initiative to tell you something I was talking about with my husband, which is unusual for him, because in Poland it is customary to only congratulate your father on this day, and unlike in Venezuela, where we are used to congratulating even our neighbors and sometimes having a big meal, So it was a little strange for him because today he received a nice message from my mother congratulating him for being a great dad to Olivia, but above all congratulating him for giving her so much love.

Now, although I don't have any sons, I can say that Olivia is very attached to her dad. In fact, I'm sure her favorite word is “dad” (hahaha), so I would say that yes, daughters are more attached to their fathers. For example, when Olivia learns something new, she always wants to show her dad how she does it, and she makes sure that he is really watching that moment, which is very sweet to me. It's also nice to see how she gives her dad so many kisses and hugs, and that will be a special memory for me.

Although I want to tell you that I also have many special memories with my dad, who, despite his mistakes as a husband, was a great father. But I want to tell you something I will never forget, which is that he saved my sister's life when she swallowed a lollipop. Yes, just as you read it. my sister, who was about 7 or 8 years old, swallowed a lollipop and it got stuck in her throat. Luckily, my dad was home at the time and performed the Heimlich maneuver and managed to get her to breathe. In my mind, I can only see him, his confidence in doing this, and my sister's red face as she couldn't breathe. Maybe it was lucky that he was a doctor, I don't know, but I know he acted like a father who would give his life for his daughter, and I am so proud of him and happy that he is my dad. By the way, I want to invite my friends @bluevibes and @keritroberts to participate in this initiative.
