Hot Summer
Newsflash: there are gorgeous sandy beaches and hot weather in Finland too!
65th parallel north was giving some proper good summer vibes during the mid summer weekend. We drove to a little day trip to Nallikari, to see how packed the beach was on a perfect summer day. It was on a Sunday afternoon and while there were people out, it was pretty peaceful because most Finns escape the city to celebrate Mid Summer in the countryside.
I prefer to sunbathe in my own yard where the fridge, bathroom and shower are all close, but a beach is nice for some people watching and strolling about.

I like both, the sorbet and the ice-cream. Sorbet for the times when I feel like I want a lot of it and I don't want to count the calories; ice-cream for those long walks that dry me out of energy.
Although, ... blood orange ice-cream is also an interesting one

Everyone should know the difference because well the word ”cream” means there is cream in it and sorbet clearly doesn’t have any of it.

You are sooo boring. Vanilla is a classic but I prefer it with pancakes :)
I like the simplicity of vanilla which let's whatever I have it with take centre stage. And yes, it's nice on pancakes.
