Knitted Teddy Clutch
Long time no knitwear project!
I’ve had a bit of a hiatus from knitting but I just made this little boucle clutch.
The shape is very trendy Bottega Veneta inspired and I absolutely love it. This was quite fun to make and you could definitely make it in a day if you keep busy. I felt like hand stitching the lining inside the bag took the longest and was really annoying. Please don’t zoom into that because my stitches are anything but even!
The pattern is by PetiteKnit and I also bought the clutch frame and readymade lining from her shop. The yarn is Teddy Dear by Gepard and I bought it from a really good yarn shop while in Hellsinki.
I’ll definite take this bag out with me the next time I’m going into the city. It’ll look so cute with a beige long coat and my suede and shearling Moonboots.

I reckon if you made me a hiking pack like this I'd use it for sure. OD green please.
It would be really good for camouflace after one wear when it would inevitably be decorated with twigs, grass and deadly little creepers.

I love how small it is and definitely love the look and color of the yarn. I’ve never seen a clutch frame before so thanks for showing that ~

There was two size options and I went for the smaller one because it’s so cute and I think it will hold the shape nicer than if you have a big sack of a bag. I’m pretty sure you can get these kind of clutch frames from most craft supply stores, it’s nice because you don’t need any tools to attach it, unlike those coin purse frames you know.
