Polar Vortex Babe
Baby polar bear blending in with the nature.
January was a lot warmer than usual but December was colder so it all evens out. I reckon we’ll get a lot more snow and it won’t melt before end of April or the first days or May, we’ll see.

All we have left, are ice piles of what once were snowpiles. Otherwise no snow, January was shit.
Hoping February brings some nice winter weather once again and I wouldnt mind the spring begin in March 😀
It was raining at the start of the month and then we got 20centimetres of snow during 24hours this week 😁 I guess the polar vortex didn’t reach south enough for you.
Yup, I guess...
Should be getting colder now tho.
Really appreciate this whole color scheme👏🏼 (I do realize there hardly is one, but oh well...). Great photos Eve!
White is a colour too right Miss Lack of Color? 😝 Thank you!
We're coming out of a cold snap with temps dropping below 0°F (-18°C), unusually cold for this area. The midwest where I grew up has been seeing lows down toward -40°, which is the same on either scale. I don't miss that.
I love a good -30 here and there, it feels cleansing but sadly no such temperatures here this winter. We had a few night of -10 resently but now it’s a balmy -3 😝
I love your shots!
Thank you!
The long hair let down like that looks good with that attire. It's consistent unlike something like a tight bun and an exposed neck would be.
It is warmer too to have it hang down, until it’s soaked by the melting snow.
That's why it is consistent with the attire. If you are going to make a photo shoot like that, these are the kind of things you have to think about.
It’s the little things, I get so mad when I see photos where the styling just doesn’t make sense.
I can understand that very well.
My puppers wants you to know that we are getting a little bit of snow tonight.
Are the puppies happy with it? They surely don’t feel the cold easily.
Delighted. That picture was when I was asking him if he wanted to come in.
Overnight, the temp dropped from around 0 to -26 (-40 with the wind)
They love playing in the -26 until the get snow packed between their toes. Then they hop on the remaining legs to the door and beg to come in. :)
Haha I figured the puppers would enjoy it, definitely a look of ”what, already? But I wanna stay out!”
These are great pics, love that last one of you against the trees.
