Iniciativa: Mi experiencia con el autismo / Initiative: My experience with autism [ESP|ENG]

Un saludo mi querida comunidad @mundoautista y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma, me presento ante ustedes está es mi primera publicación por aqui, en realidad no conocia que existía un lugar donde podia compartir mi experiencia sobre este maravilloso mundo, donde tengo la oportunidad de convivir a diario con estas maravillosas personas y les cuento que la razón es que laboro en una institución de Educación Especial, donde se atienden jóvenes con capacidades especiales y los más importantes es que su principal interés es prepararlos para ser incorporados en el campo laboral y de esta manera ayudarlos a llevar una vida plenamente, con dignidad y lo más importante ser respetados

Greetings my dear community @mundoautista and all who make life in this beautiful platform, I introduce myself to you this is my first publication here, actually I did not know that there was a place where I could share my experience about this wonderful world, where I have the opportunity to live daily with these wonderful people and I tell you that the reason is that I work in an institution of Special Education, where they serve young people with special abilities and the most important thing is that their main interest is to prepare them to be incorporated into the labor field and thus help them to lead a full life, with dignity and most importantly to be respected.

En esta institución tengo 4 años laborando de lunes a viernes 6 horas diarias y todo este tiempo he tenido la oportunidad de compartir y tener mucho contacto con muchos jóvenes con autismo y el aprendizaje es reciproco, sin embargo les comento que no soy docente especialista, pero en nuestra institucion todos somos una gran familia y conocemos muy bien a cada uno de los estudiantes con los diferentes tipo comportamiento que cada uno pueda tener

In this institution I have 4 years working from Monday to Friday 6 hours a day and all this time I have had the opportunity to share and have much contact with many young people with autism and learning is reciprocal, however I comment that I am not a specialist teacher, but in our institution we are all a big family and we know very well each of the students with the different type of behavior that each one can have.

En mis primeros inicios trabajando en una escuela especial, fue un poco dificil, sentia un poco de miedo acercarme a ellos, como bien saben cada uno presenta un tipo comportamiento muy claro y visible en comparacion con otros niños, aunque en esta institucion por ser una escuela taller donde se le enseña algun tipo de oficio, se le solicita a los padres una previa valoracion e informe psicologico para detectar el nivel del transtorno que en la mayoria de los caso debe ser leve o tipo 1. Sin embargo logre aprender a convivir con ellos,conocer e involucrarme en este mundo y ademas a tratarlos con mucho cariño y lo mas importante respetarlos y quererlos. Ahora estando inmersa y tratando con este tipo de jovenes, si algun dia llegara mi entorno familiar alguien con TEA, primeramente lo aceptaria, buscaria ayuda medica especializada de inmediato para obtener un posible diagnostico y tratamiento que lo ayuden, al igual el resto de familia se debe capacitar para poder darle un trato adecuado y si es posible involucrarlo en el sistema de educacion especial apta de acuerdo a sus necesidades, que lo ayuda desarrollar todo su potencial.

In my first beginnings working in a special school, it was a little difficult, I felt a little afraid to approach them, as you know each one has a very clear and visible type of behavior compared to other children, although in this institution being a school workshop where they are taught some kind of trade, parents are asked for a prior assessment and psychological report to detect the level of the disorder that in most cases should be mild or type 1. However, I managed to learn to live with them, to know and get involved in this world and also to treat them with much affection and most importantly to respect and love them. Now being immersed and dealing with this type of young people, if someday someone with ASD arrives in my family environment, I would first accept it, seek specialized medical help immediately to obtain a possible diagnosis and treatment to help him, as well as the rest of the family should be trained to be able to treat him properly and if possible involve him in the special education system according to his needs, which helps him to develop his full potential.

Me encanta estar inmersa en este mundo azul y tener la oportunidad todos los días estar en contacto con ellos y ser participe en sus actividades como también celebrar sus logros y evolución
