Pasta con embutido en salsa de queso fundido / Pasta with sausage in melted cheese sauce [ESP|ENG]

Un saludo mi querida comunidad de Hive 💙 primeramente les deseo una feliz navidad para todos aquellos que forman parte de esta hermosa comunidad. En esta ocasión les traigo una receta muy fácil y con muy pocos pasos ademas de ser muy rendidora para cuando tenemos visitas en casa a los niños les encanta este tipo de platillo, se trata de una pasta con embutidos en salsa de queso fundido. Como siempre les digo la mejor comida es la que se prepara en casa con amor para la familia y en este caso sorprenderlos.

On this occasion I bring you a very easy recipe and with very few steps besides being very yielding for when we have visitors at home the children love this kind of dish, it is a pasta with sausages in melted cheese sauce. As I always say the best food is the one that is prepared at home with love for the family and in this case surprise them.

Para comenzar con la preparación de nuestra receta de este día lo primero que tenemos que hacer es preparar la pasta como de costumbre, primeramente colocamos a hervir el agua luego le añadimos suficiente sal, después agregamos la pasta movemos para que no se pegue dejamos por unos minutos hasta que este al dente, seguidamente colamos.

To begin with the preparation of our recipe of this day the first thing we have to do is to prepare the pasta as usual, first we place the water to boil then add enough salt, then add the pasta stir so that it does not stick, leave it for a few minutes until it is al dente, then strain it.

Ahora en una olla colocamos mantequilla ponemos a derretir a fuego bajo

Now in a saucepan place butter and melt over low heat.

Luego añadimos 3 cucharadas de queso fundido y revolvemos hasta que se integre con la mantequilla

En esta salsa agregamos los recortes de embutidos. dejamos a fuego bajo para que el queso tome el sabor y se cocinen un poco.

Después de tener lista la salsa de queso fundido la vertemos encima de la pasta y revolvemos muy bien
