Un saludo a toda la comunidad 💕, Si les provoca algo rápido y delicioso les presento una dulce receta receta para este Hive Top Chef iniciativa de @qurator, una deliciosa y sencilla torta que a la hora de probarla te hará querer servirte mas, en mi familia le lamamos torta de pudin o torta fría de galletas. Este postre tiene varios nombres y también variaciones en cuanto a los ingredientes se refiere.
A greeting to the whole community 💕, If you provoke something fast and delicious I present you a sweet recipe for this Hive Top Chef initiative from @qurator, a delicious and simple cake that when you try it will make you want to serve yourself more, in my family we call it pudding cake or cold cookie cake. This dessert has several names and also variations as far as the ingredients are concerned.
- Galletas rellenas sabor a chocolate
- Pudin de vainilla 5 porciones
- Leche
- Chispas de chocolate
- Chocolate-flavored filled cookies
- Vanilla Pudding 5 servings
- Milk
- Chocolate chips
Lo primero que debemos hacer es preparar el pudin de vainilla para esto mezclamos el contenido del sobre en un envase resistente al calor con 1 taza y media de leche hasta que el polvo se disuelva.
The first thing to do is to prepare the vanilla pudding by mixing the contents of the envelope in a heat resistant container with 1 1/2 cups of milk until the powder is dissolved.
Luego se cocina a fuego lento agitando constantemente hasta que la mezcla hierva, después se retira del fuego.
Then it is cooked over a low heat stirring constantly until the mixture boils, then it is removed from the heat.
En un molde comenzamos a realizar nuestra torta alternando una capa de galletas y una de pudin de vainilla hasta terminar con los ingredientes.
In a mold we begin to make our cake alternating a layer of cookies and a layer of vanilla pudding until we finish with the ingredients.
Para decorar le colocamos las chispas de chocolate.
To decorate it we put the chocolate chips.
Se lleva a refrigerar por unas horas y LISTO a disfrutar de nuestro postre. 😋
It is taken to refrigerate for a few hours and Ready to enjoy our dessert. 😋
