The joy of enjoying the fantasy of carnival [ESP|ENG]

Un saludo mi querida comunidad @Emotions&Feelings 😀💃🎭 la recreación es fundamental para disfrutar de la vida y romper con las obligaciones cotidianas y ocupaciones habituales y que mejor manera para recrearnos que en las fiestas de carnaval, son una de esas celebraciones que generan mucha alegría y diversión donde puedes disfrutar de música, conciertos, comparsas, disfraces que alegran tanto a niños como adultos y de esta manera liberarnos de tantas tensiones de la rutina diaria . En lo particular son unas fiestas que me traen muy buenos recuerdos que aunque ya hace bastante tiempo todavía generan en mi un bienestar emocional en especial la alegría siempre esta presente en cada momento.

Greetings my dear community @Emotions&Feelings 😀💃🎭 recreation is essential to enjoy life and break with daily obligations and usual occupations and what better way to recreate ourselves than in the carnival festivities, are one of those celebrations that generate much joy and fun where you can enjoy music, concerts, parades, costumes that cheer up both children and adults and thus release us from so many tensions of daily routine. In particular are a holiday that brings me very good memories that although it's been a long time ago still generate in my emotional well-being especially the joy is always present in every moment.

Para esta fecha siempre viajo a la ciudad de puerto la cruz específicamente al municipio Guanta, donde vive prácticamente toda mi familia, ya con solo tener este reencuentro la alegría se apodera de mi y quisiera que nunca terminara esta celebración y estas cortas vacaciones para poder disfrutar mas tiempo con ellos. Este un lugar donde la gente es muy alegre les encanta el carnaval y la música que caracteriza esta fiesta como es el calipso, que por tradición comienza desde el 1 de enero cuando dan el famoso grito de carnaval.

For this date I always travel to the city of Puerto La Cruz, specifically to the municipality of Guanta, where practically all my family lives, and just by having this reunion the joy takes over me and I would like this celebration and these short vacations to never end so I can enjoy more time with them. This is a place where the people are very happy, they love the carnival and the music that characterizes this celebration such as calypso, which traditionally begins on January 1st when they give the famous carnival shout.

En esos pocos días que dura esta celebración disfrute en compañía de mi familia los desfiles de comparsas con la fantasía de los disfraces y en la noche las presentaciones de agrupaciones musicales, algo que me encanta de estas fiestas es que todo gira en torno a la música y el baile estas dos cosas para mi son terapéuticas para activarme y cambiar mi estado de animo, este tipo de actividades generan emociones positivas como la alegría , por esto son mis preferidas escuchar música y bailar producen en mi bienestar tanto a nivel físico como mental y me hacen olvidar de tantos problemas y situaciones que aunque muchas veces maquillamos y disfrazamos están cada vez mas presentes.

n those few days that this celebration lasts, I enjoy in the company of my family the parades of comparsas with the fantasy of the costumes and at night the presentations of musical groups, something that I love about these parties is that everything revolves around music and dance these two things for me are therapeutic to activate me and change my mood, These types of activities generate positive emotions such as joy, this is why listening to music and dancing are my favorite, they produce in my well being both physically and mentally and make me forget about so many problems and situations that although many times we make up and disguise are more and more present.

Aunque por un momento no estuve de acuerdo con la celebración del carnaval en Venezuela por la situación economice que nos sigue golpeando cada día mas duro. Pero después analizando pensé en la importancia de la recreación para nuestra salud mental en especial para los niños que también disfrutan tanto esta festividades al disfrazarse de su personaje favorito y la alegría de ellos también es la nuestra. Como tampoco dejar que se pierdan nuestra cultura y costumbres en especial esta que es una de las mas alegre y divertida y donde también aprovecho para reunirme con mis seres queridos en mi ciudad natal donde una vez precisamente en el año 1990 fui reina de estas fiestas y mi vestido que utilice en ese momento hace un tiempo mi tía lo transformo y lo uso mi hija y todavía esta tan bien conservado que mi sobrina fue reina de la escuela y también tuvo la dicha de usarlo para su coronación, no se imaginan todo esos bellos recuerdos que me llenan de mucha alegría.

Although for a moment I did not agree with the celebration of carnival in Venezuela because of the economic situation that continues to hit us harder every day. But after analyzing I thought about the importance of recreation for our mental health especially for the children who also enjoy this festivity so much by dressing up as their favorite character and their joy is also ours. As well as not letting them lose our culture and customs especially this one which is one of the most joyful and fun and where I also take the opportunity to meet with my loved ones in my hometown where once precisely in 1990 I was queen of these parties and my dress that I used at that time some time ago my aunt transformed it and my daughter used it and it is still so well preserved that my niece was queen of the school and also had the joy of wearing it for her coronation, you can not imagine all those beautiful memories that fill me with great joy.

Hay muchas cosas y razones por las que debemos estar alegres y una de ellas y la que considero mas importante es poder disfrutar lo mas bello que es la vida, por eso hay que celebrar, disfrutar cada instante con alegría.
