Flower replacement.
I have completely missed seeing flowers of those bushes this year. It is like there was no spring. Or rather there was - a very happy spring because most humans was hibernating in the isolation.
And then the summer came like a slap in a face with the spring leftovers to tease us. "See? See what you have missed?"
Those are Cistus or Rockroses seed pods. The flowers would be white or dark pink. I have seen them before (sounds like some extinct specie that we brag we have seen). Now the dry orange part is left, which is still very nice. Especially if the leaves are still bright green. A very cool contrast.
Can you see the spider?
I didn't until I started to edit the photos. Cheeky little fella :)

I saw your little spider hidden.
Hiding well. I was shooting around that bush and didn't see him!
It happens to me too. When I see the enlarged photos, I find small insects imperceptible for that moment.
I think it's great to find them.
Always!
At least this one was hiding. Sometimes they are so well camouflaged waiting right on top of the flower and I don't see them. And then I wonder if I didn't squash it by accident or something.
hahahaha no please, that that accident does not happen.

Wow! I find it quite poetic :)
The last moment to shine...
Dried flowers come out beautifully in photos too!
I wonder if the spider has caught anyone in its webs? :-)))
I didn't see any victim. Or it was so well hidden to eat it later.
