Hello there little blue one.

Small Blue Butterfly raspberry flower 1.jpg

I start to think that the smaller the butterfly is, the harder it is to shoot. And not because it is smaller. But because they are get spooked so easily and just keep flying and moving around. I see the bigger ones on flowers around and they seem so slow and lazy comparing to this one.

I spent good half an hour looking like a crazy person trying to shoot this Small Blue Butterfly that was feeding on our raspberry flowers. He wasn't interested in any other blooms around. I guess those are his favourite.

The wings look like the have lace on the edges. Stripy antennas and big black eyes. Adorable creature!

It was checking flower after flower often coming back to the same one. But almost constantly on the move!

Sometimes trying to be less visible...

And the it flew off.
For good this time.

That cute little blue butterfly seemed to be playfully toying with your camera lens and not at all minding the attention!

Wonderful images! @ewkaw🦋🌿

They are really small (compared to other butterflies) and really shy. Not like the bumblebees. They just get everywhere :D
