Wild carrot cycle end

One of the most common weeds around! If I don't see them blooming with pretty white flowers, I see the dry stems sticking out with tons of seeds on them.
Even after they already drop the seeds the empty sticks are still there.

Those are Daucus carota seeds. The plant is also called Queen Anne's lace or simply Wild carrot. In a wild, with good amount of sun and water it can grow to amazing heights! And I think I will not exaggerate if I say 2 m tall? The flower stems are long and thin and the clusters of tiny white flowers will swing on the wind.

You can find tons of information online about the properties of the seeds, root and flowers from that plant, so I will not repeat it. Just please don't pick plants you are not absolutely sure of!

Before the seeds appear we get those lovely, white flowers.
Another weed I would gladly grow in a garden just for the look of it :)
A huge wildflowers garden!

I was walking though an area covered in those and some grasses. See how tall they are?
