There is a rule of 1 problem per session so it's not abusable by client.

Bidding is up to 32 credits which is equivalent to $4.
Lowest offer from the excel experts win the bidding and will proceed to provide the service to the client.
When there are ties with the bidding price, the higher-rated excel expert will win the bidding.
Their payment is reliable. They always pay twice a month on your Paypal. GotIt shoulders any fees that will be incurred from sending your earnings to your Paypal so there will be no deductions on your part.
The total of the daily payments you see from the screenshot I showed earlier is what I received on my Paypal.
You don't need to use voice or video conference (but there is another feature of this excelchat where excel experts can sign up to). Here, you only help clients with problems you're comfortable solving, and all communication is done through text-based chat. If you need to send screenshots or Excel file, it's also allowed.
