Trying Barangay Seoul Express in IT Park

Hello hivers, how have you been these last few days? I've been too weary of work these days, and I've been too preoccupied with personal errands. But I'm delighted I was able to regain my energy and make time to meet with my new friend and newly onboarded @tereneous (look out for her introduction very soon) and with @spontaneoussober who introduced us.

We were intended to meet last week, but due to Jenny's being in the hospital and one of Vicssies's friends being occupied with work, we rescheduled for today. We wanted to go on a coffee date, but the coffee shop we wanted to go to is a bit far away, so we just decided to meet in IT Park so they could get a ride home easier as well. And then we ended up trying this one of the recommended places on TikTok to eat which is Barangay Seoul Express. I've been actually wanted to try this place when I heard about this during the time I was on vacation, and I even asked Jenny if we could visit it when we get back but sadly it got canceled as I have a different schedule than her.

So, when I went to IT Park, I had the opportunity to speak with Tere alone in order to get to know her better and also to explain how I ended up on hive, and to personally assist her in creating her account. Vicssie and her kid finally showed up after waiting for almost 30 minutes as they got stuck in the traffic, at that point we made the decision to head to Barangay Seoul. This being our first visit to the place, we had no idea where to go and had to use a map to find our way there. We even took it in the opposite direction, had to turn around, and didn't know it was just on the other side of the building where the Coffee Bay was located.

We were pleased to be able to get a table for four since when we eventually came, it was already completely filled, there were only a few spots remaining, and more people were about to arrive.
The interior's coziness astonished me, and despite the style being a bit simple, it actually works best, the simpler the better. After securing the spot, we decided to fall in line to pay for the food. Take note for those who prefer Gcash, Maya, Debit and Credit card you need to bring cash as they accept cash only.

They are well-known for their Build Your Own Meal menu, which includes a variety of options, and these are the following;

When we arrive, it appears that some of the options are limited, which I can understand given that people continue to arrive and the food begins to be consumed, but they were able to deliver and refill the food because it was the weekend, so they must have anticipated that more and more people would arrive. All I can say is that the wonderful and delicious cuisine of this establishment keeps the people to keep coming here and proves that it is worthwhile to spend the 149 PHP ($2.61).

So I strongly recommend that you visit this location with your family and friends.
