Pursuing Healthy Lifestyle (Morning Walk/Jog)
This month has motivated me to change my unhealthy lifestyle, I just woke up one day being so tired after waking up which is very odd because I should be energized after waking up right?
But my unhealthy lifestyle which is sleeping late and waking up late causing me to have a lousy feeling everyday.
So I decided to have a morning walking or jogging just to let me sweat..I started waking up early at 5-6am and do my morning walk or jog alone. After an hour I'll head back home. Before I used to do home workout out but I still felt uneasy..so I opted to have morning walk. To sleep earlier so I can wake up early too.
I am also mentally and psychological healthy when I am physically fit..
If we want to live longer, we should take care of our health..to be physically fit!
