Hice un vestido para niña, para mi hija; de tela de microdurazno, una tela como de franela, muy suave, use unicolor rosado y una estampada muy linda, ya que el diseño lo requiere para que se vea mejor.

Mis materiales:
Tela unicolor 1/4 mtro.
Tela estampada 1/2mtro.
Elastica 1cm de ancho.
Elastica de 1/2cm.
Botones.
Hilos, tijera, alfileres.
Encajes, cintas.

Saco el patron de la blusa y de la parte de la chaqueta.
Empiezo cortando la blusa la parte delantera y la parte de la espalda un poco mas ancha para dejarle donde voy hacerle el doblez para los botones y hojales.

I draw the pattern of the blouse and the jacket part.
I start by cutting the front part of the blouse and the back part a little bit wider to leave the folds for the buttons and buttonholes.

Corto la chaqueta de las dos telas estampada y rosada, luego las coloco frente con frente y antes en la parte del frente le coloco el encaje y las cintas, y en las sisas tambien encaje, luego empiezo a coser con la maquina.
Volteo y le hago la sobre costura en cada lado.

I cut the jacket of the two fabrics printed and pink, then I place them facing each other and before I place the lace and ribbons on the front side, and also lace on the armholes, then I start sewing with the machine.
I turn over and make the over stitching on each side.

Luego uno los hombros la parte delantera, chaqueta y la parte trasera, las coso y le hago zig-zag.

Then I join the shoulders, front, jacket and back, sew them together and zig-zag.

Corte una tira de 4cm de ancho, para el cuello, como un sesgo.

Cut a 4cm wide strip, for the neck, as a bias.

Despues les pego las mangas, y le coloque la elastica de 1cm de ancho en el ruedo.

Le hago la falda de todo el ancho de la tela que quedo y la voy cosiendo a la medida de la blusa, haciendoles unos pequeños plices. Luego le coloco la elastica para mejor forma en la cintura.

I make the skirt out of the full width of the remaining fabric and sew it to the size of the blouse, making small pleats. Then I place the elastic for a better shape at the waist.

Tambien les hice tres hojales para los botones.

I also made three button holes for the buttons.

Corte una tira larga como de 9 cm de ancho, donde la voy cosiendo toda y luego la volteo, esta tira va como una correa y le hago un lazo a la hora de colocarselo.

I cut a long strip about 9 cm wide, where I sew it all together and then I turn it over, this strip goes like a strap and I make a loop at the time of putting it on.

Hice dos pequeñas tiras que las coso a los costados de la cintura, por donde ira la la cinta o tira que hice, que es la que sujetara la cinta.

I made two small strips that I sew to the sides of the waistband, where the ribbon or strip I made will go, which is the one that will hold the ribbon.

Este bello vestido lo hice para esta ocasión de mi bella hija que estuvo de cumpleaños, ella muy feliz y contenta con su vestido y por su compartir.
