I can't afford the rent || Prompt
This has become a really depressing issue. The way rents have soared on recent times is worth pondering about. I really cannot rap my head around the reason behind the surge in the rent.
There should really be a regulation placed on rents to reduce the extortion of house owners. They seem to be doing more than necessary because there is no watchdog monitoring their activities.
I am in need of an apartment, but the prices I have been encountering is more than I bargained for. It is not affordable for me.
And to think we need shelter to survive as humans, things like rentals should not be too much a burden to bear. We need a place to rest, so it is important to survive. The unaffordable rent should be looked into and bearable for people to survive.
