The 11th dimension is a characteristic of space-time that has been proposed as a possible answer to questions that arise in superstring theory. The theory of superstrings involves the existence of nine dimensions of space and one dimension of time for a total of 10 dimensions.Link

The 11th Dimension has to do with the space and time and as far I can tell with the reading I have some so far, the 11th dimension happens to be the highest dimension there is.

I am not a physicist, so I am not an expert in this field of study with space and time. But I can see the whole point of the dimensions.

Scientist believe that a 12th dimension would have to introduce a second time, it cannot exist in the present time.

I am really trying to bring this to a well known plain, but I don't seem to. So, I'll just leave it at that.
