Graphite drawing of an Ant

Hello friends,
I'm here again with a graphite drawing which I would be sharing with you all today, it's a drawing of an Ant. Ants are amazing insects, I really love the way they work together and very organized. I started the drawing yesterday's evening and finished it this morning. I notice I've been draw alot of faces so I thought I should diversify a little bit and I made this drawing. I made a rough sketch of the Ant at first to get a perfect layout of how the drawing would go. After with I started with the head shading out the values of the image, then I moved to the body gradually and on and on I went till I find then. Drawing the legs was kind of different giving the time I was making the drawing it was already dark. I really love the out come of my drawing I hope you also do. I made this drawing using a 10B Bianyo pencil on an A4 paper. Thank you all for stopping by to read my post, do drop your comments as I would love to read and reply them all.
