We eat a lot of food every day to meet the demand in our daily life, but many of us do not know which food is healthy for us and which food is harmful for us. There are some foods that you can't eat if you want to, there are certain times and certain rules for it. Today I am going to talk about one such food that we eat this everyday.

Tea !!! Yes, Today I will talk about habit drinking tea. There are some foods which we can’t eat before or after drinking tea. We eat some of these foods with tea, which causes many diseases in our body. Maybe some of the diseases in our body are caused by the food we eat with tea. We need to know, which time we can drink tea? Also, we have to know When drinking tea causes various diseases in the
body? Do you have clear information about this? As we drink tea everyday, we need to have clear information about it. That’s why, Today I am writing for the purpose of giving ideas about this. Let's get to know some important information about this!!

Maybe many of us have a cup of tea in the morning after breakfast to make our body a little better, but drinking tea immediately after this breakfast is so harmful for our body that it causes a lot of slow-poisoning in the body. So, drinking tea after breakfast is very harmful for health. Again, many of us eat milk and tea on an empty stomach, which gives rise to various diseases in our body. Initially it causes problems in our body like acidity, indigestion, ulcers and joint pain. The problem of not being able to walk well due to pain in hands and feet at different times is usually due to drinking tea on an empty stomach.

Now the question may come to our mind, when we should have drink tea? It is basically good for health to eat one hour after breakfast. However, tea can’t be drunk within half an hour of eating breakfast. This can lead to major problems such as kidney problems, heart problems and heart block.

Drinking milk with tea is never healthy. Because milk is a food with calcium and iron. On the other hand, tea contains some compounds called oxalate which inhibits the respiration of calcium and iron. So never drink tea with calcium and iron-rich foods. Moreover, when milk and tea are mixed together, the reaction results in loss of nutritional value of milk and tea and the formation of toxic substances. So, drinking milk-tea will cause various diseases in our body. Moreover, almonds should never be eaten with tea.

Lastly I want to say, We should have drink tea an hour after breakfast. And in the afternoon, when the stomach is relatively empty, we can drink a cup of tea if we want. Drinking too much tea is also harmful for health.

Wow! I'm just coming to the knowledge of this.

Well, on my part, I usually do take tea (milk and coffee) as my breakfast together with a few slice of bread.

Hearing that it is a bad eating habit, I really do not know what to do now☹️
