MARCHING UNTO GREATNESS

The month of March 2024 was a great month for me heralding me into greater and better days ahead. First on the list was my admission into postgraduate studies in my chosen career (Pharmacy) as it is good to make progress in one's endeavour. This admission came right on time as it is highly needed though came with financial commitments but it is a good one to make this big sacrifice today for a greater tomorrow. By this admission, it kicks start a journey of learning and practising which will be foundational for the nearest future.

Also during the month of March, i attended an annual conference of the Church (christian faith) where i belonged to which held in the second week. This conference is for the Africa continent where people gathered both physically and online to participate and i had to travel down to attend this conference onsite this year as compared to last year which i did the online participation. It was really a blessing for me to attend this conference because the things i learnt are key in opening me up and prepping me for a great future. All the sections were powerful and impartful as handled by different facilitators and truly, i can say that onsite participation can never be overemphasized even though it involved some sacrifices to make it down there. In addition, the Easter celebration was held late last month and it was memorable for me been my first as a married man and i was glad to celebrate it with my wife. We celebrated it together having a nice time and we prepared a sumptuous meal that day which we both planned to do and it came out as a good meal. We reached out to our loved ones and families which is something of joy and the bond of family was further strengthened. Looking forward to more of this seasons as i enjoyed the public holiday together with my family.

Also, by the virtue of my work as a Pharmacist, the month of March was a great one for me as i received alot of positive feedbacks from as many patients i was privileged to meet their health needs. Some gave the postive feedbacks via a chat through a follow-up while others came back to do so personally. What a joy it is to be of help to someone especially at the time of need which i count as a privilege because the best we can do is to care as the healing is from God which is a popular slogan in health. Furthermore, in the month of March 2024, i attended the second bi-monthly meeting (of my professional body) which also doubles as our annual general meeting (AGM) and in this meeting, the former executives completed their tenure and a new set of executives was inaugurated. By privilege, i was part of this new executives which was saddled with the responsibility of piloting and serving this noble professional body for a new tenure. To me, leadership is a trust and a privilege given to me and this i hold in high regards.
