WEEKEND-ENGAGEMENT 196: HOW MY WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT AND ACTIONS INSPIRED OTHERS

Its another beautiful weekend.🕺💃 I'm @fab-tay and i welcome us to weekend-engagement 196 on this @weekendexperiences community and i commend @galenkp for the great job he is doing week in - week out in this community. For this weekend engagement, i will be writing on how i inspire others and why i do so. Two major ways i inspired others over a decade now and have found to be effective and working well is by my encouraging words and by actions. Inspiring others means to encourage, motivate or stimulate them to achieve a certain desired target or wish. I found joy in inspiring others because it brings out the best in them beyond what they think they can do and it gladdens my heart to have been a part of someone's success story by privilege. The two major ways i inspired others are by my encouraging words and by my actions (practice, way of life) consistent with my words. I chose this two ways because i found out that words of encouragement are powerful and infuses strength/courage on the individual to see and do beyond what he/she thinks because the person truly has the ability. Words of encouragement alone without actions (practices, steps, way of life) consistent with such words won't produced the desired result and the more reason i engage the two. I encourage others generally because i believe we all have what it takes and everyhuman just needs that push or stimulus to be the best they can be nomatter any limitation encountered in the past by their upbringing, environment or wrong mindset through ill experiences. Some of my vivid experiences of inspiring people includes that of a young lady who just ventured into soap/detergent making business but was having some issues about this new business. I encouraged her, gave her some practicable business ideas as related to her new business and i even patronised her aswell. To my amazement, everything worked so well by her following those advises and she came back rejoicing and glad which of it all was it for me. Also, by the privilege of my knowledge of music and skillfulness in playing an electric keyboard 🎹, i remembered several people coming to me to learn it and I'm glad to encourage their passion for learning it. I vividly remembered two young boys (then) who came to me to learn keyboard, i encouraged and i tutor them. Both picked up and by their consistent rearshals as exemplified by me aswell, they mastered it to a reasonable level and they are good for it today. I remembered several trainings for them then even on-the-job own while i was playing they will stand near me, learn and ask questions. Both are now university graduates now and still plays till now.
As a family man who is also a healthcare professional by training, i remembered encouraging my junior colleagues back then in Pharmacy school, organise tutorials/discussion group for them and consistently following them up even till i graduated, all are now gradutes aswell and they still maintain those contacts. Infact, i remembered one who came for student training in the Pharmacy premise i once worked while he was in year 4 of his undergraduate studies, by words of encouragement and consistent follow-up, he is now a graduate. In addition, i remembered inspiring my wife about somethings i believe she can do as regards her music endeavors, i showed her the pattern of consistence backed up with words of encouragement and now it's yielding positive results. In all, words of encouragement and actions in line with it are how i inspired others it is really working for me. Thanks for reading and i hope it's worthwhile. Comments are welcomed.
