Have you ever had one of those days when it seems like the whole universe is conspiring against you? Well, let me tell you about the worst day of my life, a day that started with a perfect plan and ended with a surprise that I will never forget.

It all started on a Monday morning, when I was excited about my new job, I was super excited because it was a job I had always wanted, the salary was extremely attractive and the work I had to do was not forced for my health, in short, the perfect job or at best they say the dream job. So I started the day with a lot of good vibes, I got up early, prepared everything very carefully and made sure I was on time for my first day. But suddenly problem after problem started, first of all my cats, those little furry demons, ruined my freshly ironed clothes and made me waste time looking for a replacement.

As if that wasn't enough, my food also got burned, but in a way that even a 4 year old couldn't burn a meal, so with no other choice I had to leave the house on an empty stomach. Then, when I plugged in the iron so I could fix the replacement I had gotten, the power went out! Something totally impossible in Venezuela, right? but wait, could it be worse? Yes, because then I forgot my wallet at home and I was very embarrassed when I wanted to pay for public transportation and I didn't even have half a dollar broken in half, but that's not all, while I was waiting in the street, a couple of delinquents stole my cell phone and my shoes.

I was already on the verge of a nervous breakdown, I felt that all the bad luck in the world that day was upon me and it was not going to leave me until I hit rock bottom, but the gray day began to end when one of my new coworkers found me and invited me for a coffee to relax. At first I resisted, but the aroma of the coffee changed my mind and I accepted. And boy, was it a good decision.

The coffee was so delicious that suddenly all my problems seemed small in comparison. The anxiety faded away and serenity came over me. I felt like Anton Ego in Ratatouille when he tasted Remy's dish. Best of all, my partner lent me some shoes to replace the ones that had been stolen.

But the final surprise came when the owner of the coffee shop approached us and asked if we wanted to invest in his small business. Invest in a coffee shop? I had never thought of something like that, but the coffee I had just tasted was so good that I decided to give it a try. So we teamed up and now we own one of the most popular coffee shops in town.

Who would have thought that the worst day of my life would end up being the best? Since then, I always have a good cup of coffee before I start my day. You never know what might happen, but a good cup of coffee can always make a difference. So, if you ever have a rough day, remember that coffee is the answer. And who knows, maybe you can end up owning a coffee shop too.
