Chocolate Cheese Baked Brownies with Cheddar and Sweetened Condensed Milk Topping

This time I want to share about the food I made. I made Chocolate Cheese Baked Brownies with Cheddar and Sweetened Condensed Milk Topping. The result is satisfactory for me.

I used brownies mix product. The product I used was steamed brownies mix. But I did't steam, I bake.

INGREDIENTS I USED:

Chocolate Cheese Baked Brownies:

■ Pondan - Chocolate Cheese Steamed Brownies Mix (I only used about 100 grams of the 200 grams of chocolate brownies mix and about 100 grams of the 200 grams of cheese brownies mix)
■ 3 eggs
■ About 15 grams of cheddar
■ About 75 grams of margarine

Toppings:

■ Sweetened condensed milk
■ Cheddar

HOW I MADE:

■ I heated about 40 grams of margarine and about 15 grams of cheddar in a pan.

■ I put in a container. I added about 100 grams of cheese brownies mix.

■ I cracked 3 eggs.

■ I beat using a beater.

■ I added some of beaten eggs to the container earlier. I stirred and beat using the beater earlier.

■ I put the batter into a baking pan that has been smeared with margarine.

■ I baked in the oven.

■ (While baking) I melted about 35 grams of margarine. I mixed the remaining beaten eggs, melted margarine, and about 100 grams of chocolate brownies mix. I stirred and beat using another beater.

■ I added the batter on top of the cheese one.

■ I baked in the oven.

■ I took the baking pan out of the oven. I left for some time.

■ I put the brownies on a plate.

■ I added sweetened condensed milk.

■ I added cheddar.
