Hello!
In this post I write about a dish I made a few days ago (ingredients I used and how I made). The dish I made is Tofu + Sausage, in the form of Chicken Thigh

Ingredients I used:

Bahan-bahan yang kugunakan:

● White tofu
● Grated garlic and shallot
● About ½ tablespoon salt
● About ⅕ teaspoon pepper powder
● Mamasuka - Resto-style Crispy Seasoning Flour
● About 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
● 5 sausages
● Egg
● Breadcrumbs
● Cooking oil
● Chili sauce

● Tahu putih
● Parutan bawang putih dan bawang merah
● Sekitar ½ sendok makan garam
● Sekitar ⅕ sendok teh merica bubuk
● Mamasuka - Tepung Bumbu Krispi ala Resto
● Sekitar 2 sendok makan tepung tapioka
● 5 buah sosis
● Telur
● Tepung panir
● Minyak goreng
● Saus sambal

How I made:

Cara aku membuat:

● I mashed the white tofu.

Aku tumbuk tahu putihnya.

● I added grated garlic and shallot, about ½ tablespoon salt, about ⅕ teaspoon pepper powder. I stirred.

Aku tambahkan parutan bawang putih dan bawang merah, sekitar ½ sendok makan garam, sekitar ⅕ sendok teh merica bubuk. Aku aduk.

● I added MamaSuka - Resto-style Crispy Seasoning Flour and about 2 tablespoons tapioca flour. I stirred.

Aku tambahkan MamaSuka - Tepung Bumbu Krispi ala Resto dan sekitar 2 sendok makan tepung tapioka. Aku aduk.

● I cut 5 sausages so that each sausage was divided into two parts.

Aku potong 5 buah sosis sehingga masing-masing sosis menjadi dua bagian.

● I beat the cracked egg.

Aku kocok telur yang sudah dipecahkan.

● I added again MamaSuka - Resto-style Crispy Seasoning Flour. I stirred.

Aku tambahkan lagi MamaSuka - Tepung Bumbu Krispi ala Resto. Aku aduk.

● I took the dough, I coat it with breadcrumbs, I added 1 part of sausage that has been coated with egg. I did like that until the 10th sausage part (dough and egg were still left).

Aku ambil adonan, aku baluri dengan tepung panir, aku tambahkan 1 bagian sosis yang sudah dibaluri dengan telur. Ku lakukan seperti itu hingga bagian sosis ke-10 (adonan dan telur masih bersisa).

● I fried in cooking oil.

Aku goreng dengan minyak goreng.

● I put on the plate.

Aku taruh di piring.

● I added chili sauce.

Aku tambahkan saus sambal.
