This post is my first post in this community. My first post is an entry for PLANT BASED Challenge: I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT CHEESE. I found out about this challenge initially from a friend who invited me to join.

In this post, I write the recipe for Sambal Fried Potatoes. Potato is a plant that has many benefits. I love Sambal Fried Potatoes. I made this food yesterday with my mother (I did most of the action though).

Di postingan ini, aku menuliskan resep Kentang Goreng Sambal. Kentang adalah tumbuhan yang banyak manfaat. Aku suka Kentang Goreng Sambal. Aku membuat makanan ini kemarin bersama ibuku (aku yang lebih banyak bertindak sih).



INGREDIENTS:

BAHAN-BAHAN:

● Potatoes
● Salt
● Chili Paste
● Sugar
● Tamarind
● Cooking oil

● Kentang-kentang
● Garam
● Pasta Cabai
● Gula
● Asam Jawa
● Minyak goreng



HOW TO MAKE:

CARA MEMBUAT:

● First of all, prepare the potatoes, wash the potatoes.

Pertama-tama, siapkan kentang-kentang, cuci kentang kentangnya.

● Peel the skin of the potatoes, then wash again.

Kupas kulit kentang-kentangnya, lalu cuci lagi.

● Grate the potatoes into small slices. You can also cut them with a knife. Wash again. Add salt. Stir.

Parut kentang-kentangnya sehingga menjadi irisan-irisan kecil. Boleh juga potong-potong dengan pisau. Cuci lagi. Tambahkan garam. Aduk-aduk.

● Fry the potatoes in cooking oil.

Goreng kentang-kentangnya dengan minyak goreng.

● To make the sambal, put the chili paste in a frying pan with cooking oil.

Untuk membuat sambalnya, masukkan pasta cabai ke wajan berisi minyak goreng.

● Add sugar, salt, and tamarind. Stir. (Yesterday I added sugar, salt, and tamarind, then I stirred, I added sugar, I stirred, I added salt, I stirred, I added salt, I stirred)

Tambahkan gula, garam, dan asam jawa. Aduk. (Kemarin aku memasukkan gula, garam, dan asam jawa, lalu aku aduk, aku tambah gula, aku aduk, aku tambah garam, aku aduk, aku tambah garam, aku aduk)

● Turn off the stove fire. Let the sambal sit for a few minutes. Add the fried potatoes. Stir.

Matikan Api kompor. Diamkan sambal selama beberapa menit. Masukkan kentang goreng. Aduk.

By the way, yesterday I didn't use all the sambal I made to make Sambal Fried Potatoes.

Omong-omong, kemarin itu tidak semua sambal yang kubuat kupakai untuk membuat Kentang Goreng Sambal.

Good morning, happy Saturday @faisalhanafih! This recipe looks amazing! The flavors should be very good, plus the texture can be similar to a fried or grilled cheese. I think making the recipe a day before eating it should allow the flavors to settle and achieve a greater depth, this would give an excellent result. Good participation in the I can't Believe it's not cheese" challenge. Best regards.
