Torabika Natacinno, Capucinno + Nata de Coco... How's the Taste?
Yesterday afternoon, I was planning to make coffee. The coffee I wanted to make was Torabika Natacinno. It is a coffee powder, sugar and creamer drink plus vanilla flavored nata de coco. As the name implies, Natacinno, namely Capucinno + Nata de Coco. I don't know if coffee with nata de coco is a new thing (Torabika's creation) or not, do you know? These are Torabika Natacinno: (coffee and nata de coco are separate)
I think the packaging is good. The packaging is different from coffee packaging in general (namely the packaging is brown). The colors look friendly.
Actually I bought this product a long time ago, but it's not expired yet. About the product:
Coffee powder, sugar and creamer drink:
Net weight: 32 grams
Produced by: PT TORABIKA EKA SEMESTA
Ingredients: Non dairy creamer, sugar, instant coffee (6.8%), synthetic flavor, skim milk powder, cocoa powder, malt extract powder, artificial sweetener sucralose
vanilla flavored nata de coco:
Net weight: 40 grams
Drained weight: 30 grams
Produced by: PT NIRAMAS UTAMA
Distributed by: PT TORABIKA EKA SEMESTA
Ingredients: Nata de coco (75%), sugar, water, acidity regulator citric acid, vegetable thickener, preservative potassium sorbate, synthetic vanilla flavor
At that time I was planning to make the coffee cold. Knowing from Wikipedia, Nata de coco is a food produced from fermented coconut water, originally made in the Philippines, Nata de coco is Spanish which means coconut cream, the cream meant is coconut milk. In my area, nata de coco is drink stuffing. Most often I find nata de coco in fruit ice (es buah). Maybe that's why my intuition led me to make this product a cold drink. By the way, are you familiar with this food (nata de coco) in your area?
Speaking of fruit ice (es buah), what I look for the most when I want to eat fruit ice is nata de coco. Nata de coco is more interesting to me than fruits in fruit ice 😂😂. So nata de coco is indeed drink stuffing that I like.
Because I wanted to make the Torabika Natacinno cold, I looked at the ice maker in the refrigerator, it turned out that the contents of the ice mold were empty. I filled the mold with water, then put it in its place in the refrigerator.
That night, I executed. I put the contents of the coffee packaging into a glass. I added hot water (not much) and then stirred with a spoon.
But I wanted to make the drink cold, not hot, why added hot water? Of course, I wanted to dissolve the coffee powder.
I added cold water, then stirred.
Then I added the ice cubes (the result from the ice maker, but not completely frozen, there was still a lot of water).
Then I added the nata de coco.
The nata de coco is small. The size is not like nata de coco in fruit ice.
Oh yeah, because I like sweet coffee, I added sugar (I remembered I haven't added sugar yet after the coffee was done 😂).
THE TASTE
The taste is good. Not disappointed. Like the packaging, the taste is also good. So, balance the outward appearance (packaging) and taste.

Hello @faisalhanafih, although this is an instant drink, I think it's good that you've added that hot water is needed to dissolve it. Otherwise, if cold water was used, it would definitely change the finished product.
