Hello friends. Today I cooked beans and rice for lunch. Previously, I taught how to cook bean pilaf, so today I want to teach you how to make Shirazi salad, which goes well with bean pilaf.
It tastes like heaven.
What ingredients do we need to prepare Shirazi salad?
- cucumber
- tomato
- an onion
- pepper (optional)
The amount of cucumber should be more, then tomato, then onion.
We chop the cucumber finely, as much as we can, but we don't use a chopper. We have to grind by hand. After that, it is the turn of tomatoes, onions and peppers.
We use lemon juice and salt for seasoning, but I also added some water. I like beer very much.
We mix all the ingredients together.
Our delicious is ready.
A spoonful of pilaf beans is combined with a spoonful of Shirazi salad.
We can eat this salad alone. I recommend you try.
You can also add some chopped parsley and chives.
Some people also add dry mint.
You can also add olive oil.
