2- Chopped onions
3- Crushed garlic
4- Sliced green pepper
5- Salt
6- Turmeric powder and
7- Soybean oil etc.
Preparation and process -
- First, I finely chopped the leaves of the rice pumpkin here and cut the data into small pieces. Now wash them well together.
- Now put a pan on the stove and add enough water to the pan. Now I added salt inside it. Now I have cut turmeric powder and green chili inside it. Now I will fake it for a while.
- After a while, Jhole Balak came. This time I have given the cut pumpkin greens inside. I will fake it again for a while. In this way, I will completely dry the water of the rice and pumpkin vegetables by stirring frequently. So the water of my rice and pumpkin vegetables has completely dried up. Now take it out of the oven.
- Now again put a pan in the oven and put enough oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Now stir it well and fry it until it turns red. So it has been fried.
- Now inside it I have added rice and pumpkin greens which have been stirred before. Now stir well again and fry for a while. After a little while, I took it out of the oven.
- So friends, I have prepared very tasty and nutritious rice pumpkin greens bhaji with few ingredients in very little time. Now serving in a bowl.
