2- Potato
3- Chop the onion
4- Garlic powder
5- Salt
6-Yellow powder and
7-Soybean oil etc.
Preparation and process-
- First here I chopped the karla and potatoes. This time I put onion and garlic in it. Now I have washed them well.
- This time I put a ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I put chopped potatoes and karla inside it. Now I have stirred them well and put salt and turmeric powder in them. This time I have handled them well again. In this way I will fry it by stirring it for a while. So I moved it for a while. Karala fried has become a lot of lumps. This time I took it down from the stove. This time I am serving in a container.
